Başka otelin sevk sonucu bu otele geldim ve diğer otelin hemen ödemeyi yapmadığı için yarım saati gecik otel müdürü tarafında bekletildik paramı almadan otele giriş yapamaz sınız dedi okadar zoruma gitiki yazıklar olsun herşey para değil hiç güler yüzlü değiller otelin odaları yemek yiyecek ler sıkıntı yok herşey çok iyi lük otele diyecek lafım yok sadece müdür beye çok gücendim öbür otelin sahibi sürek li beni aradı bir sıkıntı varmı diye benimle çok ilgilendi biz başka otele gönderdik diye umursa mazlık etmedi ben ce herşey para değil müdür bey

Tatil budurun en tatli tur rehberi eylul hanima bizimle ilgilendiği için cok tesekkur ediyorum onun rehberliği ve sunduğu turlar eşliğinde tatilimiz doyumsuz geçti. Tatilden çok zevk aldık. Herşey kusursuzdu. Hiç bir problem yapamadık. İlgi ve alakanız için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tabiki Tatil budur dan seçim yapmıştık. Tatil budur ekibinden müşteri temsicimiz Eylül Buran'a yardımları ve bizimle çok hoş ilgilendiği için samimiyeti ve güler yüzü için çok çok teşekkür ediyorum 😘

Marmarise defalarca gitmiş biri olarak , Grand Faros Hotele ilk defa gittim geçen hafta .. Yılın stresi yorgunluğu vs. neyiniz varsa doğru adrestesiniz . Oda temizliği, kahvaltı, bar, havuz, spor salonu, hamam v.b ***et temiz ve şık genç arkadaşlardan oluşan ekibiyle çok güzel bir enerji mevcut. otel müd. kazım beye , şef serkan beye ve tüm personele teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.. eylül'de görüşmek üzere

Otelden ayrıldık , oteldeki çalışanlara ve özellikle restoran bölümüne bize çok güzel bir müzik şöleni yaşattıkları için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Keyftur ile gelmiştik restoran bölümü bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi .

Herşey için teşekurler memnun kaldım

Came on Monday , Hotel is spotless and quiet no drunks . Food all good. Nothing is too much stress for anyone all please to help .will come back again . Rooms cleaned daily pool cleaned everyday . Taxis on 2 pound into town beach is a bus ride away staff are amazing will do anything for .stayed at the grand premium few years ago this hotel a lot better

We ended up at the Grand Faros after our original hotel was dreadful. From our arrival we have been made to feel welcome, like we are part of their family. The staff are always going above and beyond, the food is excellent, I'm a very fussy eater and they are always accommodating my likes and dislikes, the chef is lovely and always checks if we are happy with our meals. Room is amazing, plenty of space, cleaned every day with beds made and clean towels. Air con in every room, bathroom amazing, excellent facilities. The hotel is spotless, towels provided daily when we are around the pool, always checking if we need anything. The hotel is very close to amenities, 5 min to anything you need and there is a bus service outside the hotel doors. The manager and her team are some of the nicest people I've met whilst on holiday. I would definitely recommend to anyone, I will also be coming back again with my family

Was looking for a cheap hotel for a short stay and as such I didn’t expect much. However I was pleasantly suprised, pool area was the stand out for me, the room although basic was clean and the cleaners were attentive (although there was a high rate woman kicking off about towels also from UK -Bournemouth/Brighton ) The reason this place has a higher rating than I would normally give is the staff. Although they were all great have to thank Serkan who seemed to run the bar (and everything else) made everyone feel like this was a five star! A little tip for all of you are just popping somewhere and have the ability and are just popping out on your own, download the app ‘BEAM’, as there are loads of E-scooters which cost next to nothing and are fun … tip for this is use something like PayPal instead of you card as I paid just as much in transaction fees as I did in fares which could have been avoided. That being said, don’t quote me on this but it was around 8 pence per minute. Not a place I’m taking the kids for a family holiday but a great base for exploring with knowledgable staff to point you in the right direction👍 Hope this helps as a true reflection
