What a fab hotel, we just wanted a week of down time to relax and that's exactly what we got. Suzanne was excellent, running the bar & restaurant and being on hand to help with questions and suggestions. Her laugh is contagious 😁 then Dursun (sorry for spelling) had us entertained for the week. Always a smile and a tale to tell. Also the owner Ali was sooo friendly and chatty, wanted to make sure you were enjoying your stay. Lovely man. The rooms were basic but adequate, tbh, how long do you spend in yr room but could benefit from a chest of drawers. Walls were pretty thin and we could very clearly hear the next rooms conversations when in the bathroom. The pool was lovely and clean, plenty of sunbeds to go around. Reception staff were really lovely with a hello everytime you came in to the building. Close to the main ***** with bars and restaurants (short walk) and on the main road through Marmaris so easy for buses or taxis. Supermarket next door and shopping on the doorstep. All in all a great visit and plan to revisit next year. Definitely recommend this hotel. Don't come thinking party central, but if you want a great chilled break then this is the place for you.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Suzanne and Pauline who were excellent in advising us about using the local buses and places of interest. Breakfast was good but not a great variety. The rooms could maybe benefit from a set of drawers as well as the wardrobe. We had a room overlooking the road which we thought might be a problem but it wasn't so.

The pool area is lovely. Lots of sun loungers, no need to reserve them. Nice area with tables and chairs in the shade. The bar/ restaurant area is really nice, modern and clean. Suzanne is an English member of staff, she is lovely , very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are a good size and kept clean. The hotel is in quite a good location, close to beach . However the road outside the hotel is busy and noisy. Our room didn’t have a dressing table or a settee or chair. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly. The safe is at the bottom of the wardrobe making using it very difficult. The room looks directly into another room so most people keep the curtains closed. Late check out costs £50 . We kept our room on and when we returned from the pool that day we found that the cleaners had been in the room and made the bed ready for the next guests and then covered it over with our bedding. The food and drink at the restaurant at the hotel are very expensive eg £4.50 for a small bottle of beer. On the whole a positive experience. For the price , not bad.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay All staff were very friendly Hotel is very clean and tidy Our pool view room was beautiful Would definitely recommend this hotel Icamaler only a bus ride away so is marmaris Weather was lovely not to hot Food was great in hotel Staff were always at hand if needed

Our two-week stay at Forum Residence Hotel was truly unforgetable. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing they made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. The hotel's location was perfect for our stay.And the rooms were bigger than we thought - really comfy and nice. A big thank you to all the Forum Residence Hotel staff for making our stay unforgettable. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Really nice hotel not busy which I prefer kids pool really good food and drinks abit pricey lovely staff You get what you pay for Rooms are nice and big also loads to do around. Would definitely stay here again Had a really good price for my family

We are returning guest's Stopped here for 4 days we was the only ones in the hotel as the manager opened the hotel early to accommodate us,love this hotel so much hence the reason to keep returning .The staff are all new apart from the lovely Suzanne can't do enough to help you.we stopped in our regular room that we always stay in much big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids love the location not to far from every were.Highly recommend staying here ,ignore the negative reviews

This was the third time we have stayed here , really nice relaxing place to stay , lovely rooms, comfortable beds , very friendly staff, great food, no hurry for sunbeds , spotlessly clean pool area , great location only 5 mins from the beach and less for shopping and bars

Avoid avoid avoid Worst sh@t hole I have ever stayed in .. from the disgusting floors to the paper thin walls to the dishwasher wannabee Geordie alleged bar manager that didn’t give two flying hoots (especially if you complained about the £8 charge for a piece of toast) or the £4 for a can of pop to the £12 for a Malibu & lemonade .. The male tui rep must have been getting a bung to keep quiet and not listen to the guests .. shame we didn’t have Melissa the second tui rep on day 3-4 of our trip as we’d have been moved to a different hotel that wasn’t falling apart and had that much urine in the pool it was turning green … But hey if you didn’t mind the ‘£50 charge for Air-con’ that allegedly was a ‘“ROOM FEATURE” yeah a feature if you paid .. because if you didn’t .. oh they whipped the air con key straight off you ..! The manager didn’t give a flying whistle especially when the maid called the guest a “liar” then reeled when I told her I understood what she’d just said lol (as I speak a little Turkish’) didn’t go down well .. then they’re was the broken sun loungers the noisy units outside your window down to the broken 4 umbrellas that 200 guests were fighting over .. so all in all it was the motel from hell ..! On a plus note when I was followed from the local maccys next door by two men on a scooter the security guard ran outside to try and catch them .. so I should be thankful for small mercies !! But never will I return to this bell hole .. Maybe after spending some of that £50 charge per week per room the management maybe spends on the place to fix rooms sun canopies and sunbeds lower the prices of the extortionist rip off bar then maybe one day but until then I’d steer clear ..! Be warned guys ..!
