E酒店(E Hotel)

Due to misunderstandings my laundry hadn't been done at the time of my checkout (which wasn't the fault of the hotel). The hotel manager and his staff went above and beyond to deliver my clothes all the way to Makkah where l had already departed without my clothes. In general, this has been the cleanest and best hotel l have stayed in the country, and l am definitely considering of heading back here again one day. A way earlier check in was also totally possible with an upgrade that was free of charge. In total, a great hotel that's worth it's costs, close to the airport and the haramain train station.

Excelente relación calidad precio! 1 noche para descansar antes de ir a Al Ula. Muy buena atención, desayuno con huevos al gusto u omelet recién hecho a pedido. Camada y almohadas cómodas! Reservé para mi regreso bde Al Ulá

Hotel ist sauber und sieht super aus aber man muss immer einen Taxi rufen bis zum Masjid und es dauert 25 min. Laut Beschreibung 15 min. Was nicht stimmt. Geschäfte oder Läden nichts in der Nähe…

The front desk agents are super nice and helpful, great asset to the hotel to see such a great positive people as soon as you walk in. Thanks all :)

The infrastructure and facilities were good but the services provision remained below par. A lot of improvement is possible and due.

Impeccable

The hotel is newly furnished, the washroom design is modern and unique. The amenties are good. The receptionist are welcoming and professional. The hotel is far from far from Haram, I used Uber to take me there. However, it's close to the airport. For room service you need to contact them by yourself as they will not do it by themselves.

Customer service not good I don't know because of language or they don't know how to treat the customer
