凱藝酒店-萊克埃爾西諾15號州際公路(Quality Inn Lake Elsinore)

El hotel está aseptable, de acuerdo al precio, pero lo que no me gustó fue que en el check-in acordamos que cada tercer día cambiaran las sábanas y las toallas, pero no lo hicieron ni una vez en los 5 días que nos hospedamos, el tercer día fuimos a la playa y tiramos un poco de arena en la alfombra, les dijimos que si podían limpiar, y me dijeron que me podían prestar la aspiradora para que yo lo hiciera, pienso que deberían mejorar el servicio al cliente, además no hay opciones para comer, creo que porciones individuales de leche y cereales sería más práctico, incluir algunas frutas y galletas alludaria mucho a los clientes

El cuarto estaba en pésimas condiciones, les hice saber y no hicieron nada, muy sucio

Overall average room and stay. Had one dirty towel. Very bright exterior lights, so we thought it was daylight all night. Blackout curtains helped.

Cockroach in room. Bed sheets had stains. But otherwise a spacious room that is along the freeway. Cheaper than other options in the area.

Bare necessities. Room smells funny, but soon get used to it. Towels' quality could use lots more improvement.

Very rude front desk attendant. Refused to give me a receipt for my stay as well as taking $20 out of my deposit for being a lil late on check out. Nowhere in the office does it say they do that nor did the check in staff let me know

The check in guy wasn’t very friendly but the Monday morning guy was very friendly. I felt the room could have some updates in the bathroom but overall I was glad there were no bugs.

Easy location, like booking here! Never have troubles checking in

This hotel is way over priced. Sheets had blood stains. Smelled horrible. No parking Trash on the floor when we first got in the room. I’ve stayed in crappy hotels before but never paid over $200 with fees.
