Establecimiento viejo y sucio. No lo recomiendo.

From the lobby to my room at Casablanca Hotel, cleanliness was a glaring issue. Dirt on the walls and ceiling, coupled with an unsightly ceiling fan, presented an overall unacceptable living environment. The bathroom, described best as "horrible," featured conditions that fell far below the basic standards of hygiene and comfort. The cumulative effect of these issues made my stay at Casablanca Hotel not only uncomfortable but also deeply disappointing.

Beds not made. Chair broken. No soap. Tv not working. Safe not working. No toilet paper. HVAC not working.

When we first walked in, we realized that the air-conditioning didn’t work. I called the person who I had spoken with before and left a message. Never heard back. AC was down the entire time. The windows didn’t close all the way. So there was a whistling sound while air blew through them through the large gap under the door. This continued throughout the entire stay. There were no washcloths. There was one roll of toilet paper. no one at the front desk was helpful at any time regarding directions, sightseeing, restaurants, bus schedules.

Everything was old. The bed and pillow are super uncomfortable. The pillows are too thin and the beds very hard. The bed cover is stained. The air conditioner is noisy. But the view is spectacular and can go walking to the beach.

Very bad hotel , everything was dirty in the hotel starting from the rooms all the way to the pool not enough toilet papers in the room and to get more you need to but it yourself because they don’t give it to you

They need to have a list good room service and hotel terrible so duty

Older property, the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the window curtains didn’t work neither

This is how you run a hotel to the grounds. No wifi at all. Reception looks worst than a 3rd world hotel, and I am Cuban, I know about that. Towels very cheap. I visited this hotel a few years back and it looked very different. Now, they better close it.
