服務：英語與西班牙語的世界。但會十分盡心地回答你的問題。 　 設施： 停車：所有住客停車另外收費：一天12.5 USD。 　　 洗衣房： 為了洗衣房選的酒店。住了三個晚上。 雖然有洗衣房，但全棟只有一台洗衣機，一台烘乾機。 每到晚上人滿為患。 　 這裡的人習慣不太好，就算你的洗程還沒完成，對方覺得你洗夠了，會直接把你的衣服拿出來，然後開始洗他自己的衣服。（相當不可思議） 烘衣服也是一樣，你的烘衣時間還沒到，對方覺得你烘夠了，會直接把你的衣服拿出來，然後開始烘他自己的衣服。（相當不可思議，尤其是我的衣服其實還沒乾！） 如果因為洗衣房選這裡，要有跟他拼了的決心：守著你的衣服三個小時。 　 食物： 早餐，雖然號稱「Continental Breakfast」，也就一般。 我們到的那天，浴缸通水孔沒有清潔的毛髮令人印象深刻。

各方面都很好，乾淨整潔，就是太遠了，周邊什麼都沒有，衹有一個咖啡店，早餐不錯。 今天 如果你不是自駕千萬不要住這裏，

Horrible will never stay again. We had to change rooms 3 times because the AC wasn’t working in none of them. The last room cooled a bit but not much but I was so tired I decided to stay. Worst mistake ever. The bed was so hard and old me and my boyfriend woke up with the worst back ache. I was in so much pain I could not get out of bed without his help. I was crying if the pain in my back and I had a flight an hour after. The lady took forever for the last switch said the computer wasn’t working. This was at 3 am I was so tired and I had a flight leaving at 7. I barely slept 3 hours and it messed up my back so much. The curtains don’t completely close so you’re going to get all the light from the gas station. And the rooms were not very clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Accessible to the airport of Miami. Shuttle transport from and to the airport.. Excellent customer service.

Je regrette encore une fois qu’un hôtel sélection par vos soins ne respecte pas les conditions de réservation. J’avais demandé un transfert qui n’est pas venu. J’ai donc dû prendre un taxi : 15 dollars pour 2kms. J’avais pourtant confirmé le matin même et impossible de les joindre au téléphone. La douche ne fonctionnait pas dommage pour une chambre à + de 170 dollars

Hotel con habitaciones sucias. El servicio del personal es malo. El desayuno muy limitado en horario y opciones. Me hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta cuando yo pagué todo por *******

The service was top notch, however between the extremely loud A/C and planes (I know it’s by the airport, but the windows didn’t block much sound) and the dirty tile in the bathroom - really put a damper on the stay. If they offer you room 505, ask them for a different room.

Took over 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport with the shuttle, didnt get extra blankets and pillows like we requested. Took a cold shower and only good thing for breakfast was waffles.

Breakfast was fine, surprisingly good coffee. Unfortunately the area is noisy with bikes and cars with loud engines going by through out the night and an establishment with loud music nearby. When we entered our room, the toilet seat had dry urine on it. The room seemed clean enough otherwise but we were apprehensive.

Telephone lines were down and I was unable to reach them to get a shadow but if I know anything, I should’ve contacted people so that we don’t have to worry they were even open or not
