23 棕櫚套房火箭住宿(Suites at 23 Palms by RocketStay)

The owners are very bad people. I checked in tuesday and had to check out Wednesday morning because I got a call that my father is in a coma and they refused to refund me my money and said they wanna give me a voucher for next time and I’m not from Miami and don’t know when the next time I will be coming back. And the apartment is full with pollen and dust, it literally smells like does and I have allergies I can’t stay there because I was sneezing all night.

It pains me to write this but my experience of the apartment was simply shocking. It started with no hot and running water for three nights! And continued that on my last morning in the apartment the next guest of the apartment just walked into the apartment while I was in the shower! I've never been so scared and I'm just thinking what would have happened if there was a woman taking a shower instead of me. Shocking farm and not recommended!!!

Beware and stay away from this property! False advertising and misleading photos. The property is very outdated, pool is green and filthy with pool furniture damaged and torn, the place is advertised as a condo but it's an old apartment. The apartment is filthy and dusty, hasn't been cleaned in months, sex stains on the living room couch. Piles of dust on blinds, walls and floors. I complained to the owner and have yet to receive any refund as promised. And to add insult to injury, the owner had the nerve to email me, trying to bribe me for a 5 star review and I would receive 2 free nights if I did. Who would stay in the dump of a place again?? Again- run away if you see this property and don't stay here!! You've been warned.

Appartement spacieux conforme à l’annonce. Bonne communication avec l’établissement mais quelques mauvaises surprises une fois sur place. L’appartement est très mal isolé du bruit, les fenêtres sont très fines, on entend énormément le bruit des avions qui passent juste au dessus. La salle de bain est dans un état moyen et il y a des odeurs nauséabondes qui remontent des canalisations.

Really disappointing. The flat was dirty and dangerous due to a broken door and a/c hanging from it. I couldn’t access the balcony because the door was broken and was told to use a broom stick in order to secure it as it would lock. This meant I have to carry everything with me when I left the property as there was no security at all. A very disappointing stay, I wouldn’t ever choose this location again.

Todo estuvo perfecto. La limpieza fue correcta y las comodidades también lo fueron.

Limpieza, excelente colchón, ubicación y claridad en las instrucciones.

No tiene recepcion y la comunicación no es inmediata. Reservé de emergencia este lugar y en menos de 24 horas quise modificarla, sin embargo me cobraron toda la estadia sin derecho a un reembolso parcial o total de las noches que no utilicé. La condicion de las instalaciones no valen el precio que cobran. No lo recomiendo.

Terrible experience bugs everywhere, even in the fridge.
