Had a very good location near some small towns with good food options and not far from Belleayre ski resort

Be aware that there is not anyone on the premise to check you in. If you do not receive the check-in instructions via email (happened to me) you must call the number on the office door and you will be provided a key code. From there all was good. Becky was very helpful and friendly getting me into the room. Room was Very clean but the entire place is in desperate need of an entire upgrade.

Run down place , needs work in all the rooms. Price is to high for this type of place.

I was surprised to find that there was no on onsite to register us. All done remotely with a key code for the door.

It suited our needs. We booked it last minute, and we were glad to find a room. They were quite over the top with the contactless experience. Never had a person in the office. We had an issue with the TV and it was fixed while we were out at dinner.

It seems the staff is doing the best they can with what they have to work with. This is a very old building. There is a refrig, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, ac and TV all working. The beds however are horrid. Again, very clean but sagging badly in the middle. It served the purpose as not much to choose from in the area and this was last minute.

The bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom was also clean. The property was rustic. Tow lights did not work. The blinds were broken. I had to hang a towel over the window for privacy.

A homeless person could probably find comfort in one of these outdated rooms if the room would be for free and freezing cold outside.
