Rooms are Outdates but clean - stayed in the junior suite Sufficient space New couches needed Ordered room services, want to give a tip, waiter informed no as she will not be getting it Food is a disaster, ordered Ribs and Wings with a Blue Cheese sauce. Only receive 1 Riblet and no sauce Total ripoff

Went to the Hotel for breakfast with my family and the professional experience we received there was a Stella one 👌🏽. From The manager on duty Amukelani who was very patient with us. To the waiters and waitresses who were forever friendly. The food was awesomely delicious we really enjoyed our time there. Will definitely call again soon.

Went on The 25th March Weekend. Our room was dusty and small. Had to call the reception for Fridge, aircon as well as the lights not working properly. When we left our room , the passageway has a horrible stench. The reception area is beautifully decorated. and the restaurant is a must. All waiters were friendly and helpful. Marriott should think of making their clients happy instead of just taking their money and not giving them proper service.

I was given the wrong room and we booked a room with breakfast, but on arrival i had to pay for breakfast and a traveler's tax charge. Not sure what is going on with the bookings here. Luckily my room was changed. The food can also be a little better. Rubber ribs are not good as they should fall off the bone. Also to ask for toilet paper is not very nice.
