Reasonable price. Great location, friendly, helpful service. Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. I slept in and missed the breakfast, so can’t say anything about the food but I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Everything was fine ... i life the amount of space in the room. We just had to deal with the insanely strong smell of **** in the hall and even seeping under our door a little at night. The "ironibg board' was a joke! It was a countertop one that slid all over the place whilr trying to use it. And you can't put a shirt over the end of it. So ironing was pretty much out of the question. Otherwise the beds are comfy!

Courteous, professional, and friendly receptionist (Asia). The hotel location is excellent, close to food and shopping, and the hotel and rooms are contemporary and beautifully decorated. I am picky when it comes to hotels, but have no complaints for this facility. Highly recommend.

This was a very clean hotel, staff was continuously sanitizing the common areas. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. I am a picky person when it comes to hotels because we have had some bad experiences, but the HI Express was awesome, if I had to find one thing that I disliked it would be the luggage carts are to small and I am serious that is the only thing I could nitpic at because everything else was great. Well worth the price, thank you to the staff.

I liked the amenities. There were usb ports in several locations in my room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom's shower did not back up with water. (I've seen this at several other hotels.) There was a mini Keurig coffee maker. (I've had to bring my own in other hotels.) There was a full southern breakfast. (The grits were great.) I unexpectedly had to use a computer which was available for guests. I was able to print a needed document. The hotel was clean; the staff very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was OK, Breakfast was good, but internet wasn't working !!
