It is convenient to get to any point in Moalabol. special thanks to the administrator Jomar, he was always responsive and helpful on any issue, gave the star a 5 and an additional point for the professionalism of Jomara 6/5;) wait for me friends, I will definitely come back to you

At a first glance hotel was pleasant, decorated nicely & clean. However no hot water on the first day we asked for someone to check it whom he said it’s broken, maintenance will be in tomorrow to fix it. 4 days later still nobody has fixed the shower and we’re still having cold showers. Room hasn’t been cleaned in that time either although stated it would be every other, no clean towels, no toilet roll, no water to drink (even if paid for) Tours are extremely expensive through this hotel so advise to to research elsewhere for cheaper options. Building works going on which blew dust into the room and covering our clothes/bags & bed. Screaming little kids with no respect for other guests outside the bedroom window at 6am after politely asking them to move along and be quieter they stayed and continued to shout. Buffet breakfast is gone unless you get there before start time (7am) and limited food allowed - don’t eat the pancakes either couldn’t be rawer if the chef tried. Wifi non existent on 3rd floor, Only positive is the pillows were comfy.

酒店地理位置優越，挨着海邊，自然生態環境很好。 自帶PADI潛水中心，可以預約各種深潛、浮潛項目，而且教練熱情，服務很周到，為我們着想，遇到這樣的酒店，覺得自己好幸運。 餐飲方面，酒店本身有不少食物、飲品供應，由於每天潛水很累，比較遺憾沒有喝happy hour的雞尾酒。 因為在沙灘旁，有一小段路很顛簸，如果能修繕下就更完美啦。

I loved how warm and their staff is. It's the perfect resort for a mix of rest, relaxation and adventure altogether. They have a game room. Perfect for barkadas or for siblings or colleagues who checks in at the resort. I was greeted with warms smiles when I arrived. Check-in process was smooth. Check-out process is a bit long though. The room I stayed in is their Tour room. It was clean. I loved my bed and pillows. Aircon, hot and cold shower, TV were working. I like that there are many outlets inside the room and that I could get refillable water at the lobby. My room has a terrace but the view of this particular room wasn't nice but it's okay. They have toiletries and towels. The only missing though is conditioner. Soap is too small over a day's use. Shower area doesn't have a cover so water splashes onto the outside tiles. During my return, I stayed in their villa room, there was no light outside the door so it was challenging to open at night. Villa room is nice too - it has bigger TV, a purifier and a small ref, which I didn't have in their Tour room. Bathroom needs provision for hanging towel near the shower area. No space to put our other toiletries. There was only a space for soap, so we had to put it on the tiles on the side. Regarding amenities, we like that the pool temperature is warm. However, the pool ladder is loose, which can be scary to use. I like that we can use their snorkeling equipment for free and the clear kayak boat is free too for 15 minutes. There's no beach front, as in sand on the beach for you to stay at. Just stairs directly to the water. Our comment regarding the restaurant, the spaghetti was soaky, wonton soup was bland and no fish options on the menu. But some of their food are okay. I hope instead of instant coffee, I can have the option to choose drip coffee or have more decent options in coffee (I was sad about it, as someone who's particular with her coffee). Hope they will have espresso-based coffee or at least brewed coffee available instead of just instant coffee. Internet connection is okay, it might not be quite fast enough for video meetings. I was advised DITO and Globe signal are good in the resort. But maybe it was only just inside my room. I haven't checked the internet speed outside. There's live band after/during dinner time. The group who sang on our stay on the 29th wasn't so good but the one weekend prior was great. During my return, they prepared a small welcome back surprise for me. I felt so special. I really appreciated it. You can also request for them to prepare a small surprise for couples (ie., anniversary). The staff remembers returning guest too! I was also surprised to receive a returning guest voucher (free 1 whole pizza and a pitcher of iced tea - can only be claimed within my stay). The sunset in Pescadores is beautiful too! 由於系統問題訂單重複，check out的時候已經解釋，店家也答應和攜程聯繫后再協商解決，沒想到我們一走前台就重複扣了雙份的錢，後來和攜程交涉了很多次才退款，因為攜程的問題卻造成我們差點損失，來來回回也費了我們很多電話費用
