I always know the Hampton will have what I need, everything's just... *right*. It's clean, visually appealing, up-to-date, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (that starts early), and it's predictably excellent. That's why it's the official hotel chain of our household. Another enjoyable stay! :)

I am very disappointed with the booking company, the event we were going to was changed to a day earlier because of the tropical storm, so i was 1 day late to cancel which was 5 days before the date of our booking. So i was given a different room which cost more. The air conditioner in the room was so noisy we couldn't sleep so i turned it off and i am diabetic so i put my insulin in the fridge for the night and in the morning it was boiling hot which is supposed to be kept cold. So i will never book with ******* again. i was not given any refund from the hotel because i didn't book with them directly. NOT HAPPY

Awful experience at check-in. The clerk literally threw me the acces card on the counter. There was a bad smell in the room, probably because of the carpets. There was a bloon stain on one of the bed comforters and also, the curtains were literally see through so it wasn't dark in the room.

The bathroom fan did not work. The tub was dirty and I had to wipe it down before I could use it. The tiles were giving away. The room had a musty smell upon entry, so I had to purchase Fabreeze to make it tolerable, and the fridge was warm because it was not plugged in. The fridge was reported to the front desk. No action taken, but a simple apology was offered. The water pressure in the shower was too strong and not adjustable. Finally, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud which made sleeping difficult. It was a very disappointing stay.

Front desk staff at check in were fun and helpful!! Shout out to BKC and Jamal with the nice eyes! Breakfast was only ok, I’m kinda picky. They had a great selection and the ladies who ran it were great. I wouldn’t have known it was near an airport, expect I had a great view. Didn’t hear much in my room until I went outside. Parking was extra…. But at least it’s behind a gate.

The hotel is nice but over-priced. The staff were friendly but not the brightest bunch... I called about 3hrs before I got there to tell them we wanted rooms on the same floor yet when we arrived, not only did that NOT happen, but they didn't even have it recorded with the reservation!! So we ended up on floors 2 and 4 ... the check-in time of 4pm?? That's late!! Also, the breakfast area is very crowded and small. Went for coffee on our last morning and it was empty... but I have to say the orange slice water at the front desk was wonderful!! The little things made the stay better... but I don't plan to go back there. Seriously over-priced for what was offered in my opinion.

The breakfast should start at 6am. Many of us were there waiting for the breakfast to start at 6 - business people as well as many families who were travelling. 6:30 is too late for many of us we found. And it closed right at 10am - and not a minute later. Staff were nice and efficient on the desk. LANDSCAPING was beautiful. Company was there this week and did a beautiful job on lawns and garden beds..

Hampton is our go to hotel. We love it for the comfortable rooms, good breakfasts and overall service levels. This particular Inn was fantastic on all these things. The staff were fantastic too! Highly recommend.
