Hôtel correct, literie propre mais oreillers inconfortables, chambre mal insonorisée, le pire étant de loin le petit déjeuner, nous étions 4, arrivés à 3 moments différents de 7h30 à 8h30, il n'y avait rien à manger, aucune viennoiseries, certains n'ont pas eu de jus de fruits, d'autres pas de pain, d'autres pas de tasses... Jamais vu un hôtel aussi mal géré le matin dans le groupe Accor, on m'a débarrassé mon plateau alors que je n'avais même pas commencé à manger ! Il était tout propre, à côté il y avait des plateaux de repas visiblement terminés (assiettes entassées, serviettes dans la tasse etc.) qui étaient là depuis 20 min. Pourquoi débarrasser des plateaux propres et laissés ceux des gens qui ont terminé ? C'est déplorable, personnel non qualifié et non investi, derrière le comptoir alors qu'il n'y a rien à manger, je n'avais jamais vu ça de ma vie alors que je vais à l'hôtel dans le groupe au moins 2 fois par mois. Greet à fuir absolument. Le restaurant est sympa mais rien d'extraordinaire, portions correctes, pizza peu cuite avec pâte très fine mais plutôt bonne, c'est un style de pizza ”croûte épaisse” qui ne plaira pas à tout le monde, mais le restaurant le soir est le seul point positif, surtout pas le matin au petit déjeuné ou c'est tout simplement inadmissible !

Never judge a book by its cover. If you drive past the Hotel Chez Alys you would think it was a tired motel past its best. However it is part of the 'Contact Hotal' alliance, which seems to be setting very good standards. It may have been an old motel once, but has been subject to extensive renovation throughout. The rooms are on a level with ibis budget, but with additional touches that differentiate the two brands giving a next-level quality at a budget price. On arriving at Chez Alys after hours, the book-in terminal outside the main entrance was easy to use and dispensed a key with the access code for the front door. The room, which was standard motel size, has all new decoration and fittings, including a new aircon unit which was essential during the recent heatwave. In the morning the breakfast was excellent and offered a very good range of options which are missing from breakfasts associated with other 'budget' hotels. On the whole I would thoroughly recommend Chez Alys and will continue to use other 'Contact Hotels' due to their seemingly consistent quality at I price I can afford, which represents very good value for money.
