Property was nice but expected better from Riu. The room had a basement smell. It took 3 days to get a blanket and extra pillow. The service was hit or miss.

Great property and vacation. The only thing I would suggest is having the room key connected to our wristbands. I’ve been to other resorts where our room key was connect on our wristband we never had to worry about losing a room key. Food and staff were great!

Transfer to the airport from the property was a bit of a nightmare. I had to pay for a taxi because the Destination Services rep. in the lobby was rude, insulting and unhelpful. There was a problem checking in at the airport. No clear line to contact ******* for help. Jet Blue agent said not to book with you guys again.

Positiv First. The Restaurants and food is good. Varsity. Good The rooms itself are very well. The service is very friendly. That about positive Horrible are all those planes starting and landing so low over the hotel all day The beach is very close short and not very well maintained and they not allow you to even walk along the beach to the next Riu hotel. Fitness is very limited. You suppose to have free stand up board. Kajack and boats but the always close the beach even when the sea is completely flat. Stupid No tennis court fur 2 large Rui hotels. The entertainment is half half. Often to lout Just outside and left and right of the hotel rubisch and Plastik lays around. Week managed. 4 floor hotel 5 start hotel and no elevator. I travelled to over 80 countries but never stayed in such ugly 5 star hotel. I rate it to 3.5 star. Not again Riu for me. You want to swim and paddle outside the limited are and the come immediately. Really not value the money. Made a lot better experience in Cancun. Dom Rep. Puerto Rico or Aruba for Les money.

Front desk security was terrible, housekeeping kept putting bloody sheets on my bed, food options were very limited and food also tasted old like it had been sitting out for a long time. Some of the staff was also unfriendly.

Everything you needed was there Loved entertainment shows every night That is why we chose this place Jodee jones was the best at lining up excursions and shuttle Did Not like the fact reservations to eat were filled up and hard to make

If you’re looking for a nice beach this is not the place for you! Beach bottom is gross, full of sea**** and slimy/muddy bottom. Visited about 6years ago, they have remodeled. Not a fan of the new pools, food has gone downhill. Entertainment is the same for all Riu hotels and becomes boring.
