La gentillesse du patron qui Ns à trouvé une voiture pour aller de El paredon à monterrico Suite à mon désappointement sur la chambre de luxe sur classement ds une autre bien plus agreable Bon wifi et restau moyen personnel gentil et beau jardin Cet hotel nécessite un bon rafraichissement idem pour la piscine qui pourrait être top

Bonito lugar tranquilo y excelente para ir en familia

Me encantó el lugar,muy acogedor,enfrente del mar donde pudimos realizar caminatas y luego utilizar la piscina,todo muy hermoso,además Ginger y Mohamed,el perrito y la gatita nos alegraron mucho más la estancia

ESTAFA!!!! Cuando llamamos nos pintaron una habitación bellísima con vista al mar, balcón, tranquilo y familiar. El día que llegamos fiasco total con la habitación, literal un huevo, el aire acondicionado sobre la cabeza más o menos a metro y medio, no había espacio ni para colocar las maletas a lo que nos respondió Cecilio: "TRAEIS MAS CARGA QUE UN DROMEDARIO" por la hora decidimos comer en el lugar, la peor decisión comida carísima, poca y sin sabor, la cual pedimos con anticipación ya que más de las 8 pm ya no hay servicio. Al día siguiente nos ausentamos del hotel por 5 horas al regresar la habitación estaba tal cual la dejamos, llamamos para preguntar por el servicio de limpieza, nos dijo Cecilio que tenia escaso personal, a los 10 minutos llegó una persona a "limpiar" indicando que solo recogería la basura y a poner agua, lo que nos molestó ya que la habitación desde que llegamos no lucia nada limpia, esta persona nos indicó "A la gente no le gusta que uno entre, se molestan! Además tengo otras cosas que hacer" por qué no preguntar si queríamos el servicio de limpieza? No querían dar factura.

Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, pero la experiencia es unica ya que a unos cuantos esta el mar y tiene una vista expectacular

An absolute highlight of our trip, I could not recommend Marabella eco lodge more. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was incredible, and the beach was right at the door step. We loved meeting Marta Elena, the cat, and Ginger, the dog, apparently there was another cat we weren’t lucky enough to meet. Only a short walk down the beach brings you to Cecon, a nature reserve where you can see iguanas, turtles, and crocodiles where they are looked after by some amazing volunteers before being released back to the wild! A little further down the beach and you reach a shopping ***** where we had cheap and delicious food. The black sands were everything I hoped to see, a little rough for me to go past my knees but that was fine as the pool was perfect to have a splash. There was nothing I could fault. I’m already dreaming of our return one day.

The staff and manager at Marbella are so friendly and helpful. There was never a request that was denied. The room is small, but comfortable with the air conditioning working perfectly. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves outside the window are amazing. The beach is very clean and although public it only had hotel guests in the area in front of the hotel during our stay. The hotel is aging so do not expect everything to be shiny new, but everything is in working order and could not be more relaxing. The food is very good. It is more expensive than typical for restaurants in the area, but it must be staffed and is serving a small hotel population so is understandable. Overall a wonderful place for a short holiday. We will return here when we visit Monterrico again.
