La habitación olía a desagüe, y nos dijeron era por estar cerrada, luego que el olor venía de afuera del hotel y que el problema era externo. Tienen horarios rígidos con el restaurante pero sin embargo no puedes ingresar comidas y bebidas. Pero el olor a DESAGÜE si deja mucho que desear. Ingrese reclamo, sin respuesta. No volveré.

El lugar es bonito, pero la llegada es accidentada, ya que no hay pista en esas cuadras cerca al hotel. El servicio me decepcionó. Siendo éste un hotel asociado a Casa Andina, debería de regirse a los servicios que esta cadena ofrece. En todo hotel, uno puede usar las instalaciones y servicios del hotel luego del check out, sin embargo, no te permiten que uses las instalaciones y servicios del mismo luego del checknout. Quise hablar con el administrador, y se negó a atenderme. En conclusión, un pésimo y decepcionante servicio. They dont allow you to use the services and amenities of the hotel after the check out. Terrible service.

Excelente atención con personal capacitado, hay mucho orden y limpieza. Además de mucha tranquilidad para descansar. Muy bueno el desayuno, variado y delicioso, asimismo los platos a la carta para almuerzo y cena de muy buena calidad. RECOMENDADO 👍🏼

Podría considerarse mayores opciones en el desayuno y ampliar la carta de almuerzo-cena. Ofrecer postres por ejemplo. Respecto a la estadía y ambiente, excelente lugar, cuenta con todas las facilidades que uno necesita.

This is a beautiful space off the busy main area of Moyobamba. We had two rooms with terraces and the grounds are nicely maintained and gorgeous. It is quiet and modern. The rooms are large (some) with King size beds. In addition, we had breakfast included and sat outside on the patio and saw the critically endangered monkeys in the trees. Lots of bird life. The groundskeeper even gave us a walking tour and shared the story of protection of the wildlife in the area. The owners were friendly and helpful and called two moto taxis for us.

It’s perfect, with a few imperfections. It sits in a stunning location overlooking the Mayo River valley, away from the ruckus of the downtown with its all-night music and noise. Here we heard birds and nature and our neighbor hocking up a lung at 3 AM (one of the small imperfections). The rooms are simple, with a gorgeous view of the tropical vegetation on the well kept grounds. Walls are exposed terra cotta blocks, which are quite pretty next to the green. No AC, but not needed. We would have liked a mini fridge and iron (the other imperfections). The little cafe is good and inexpensive and in such a pretty spot, you just want to sit and take it in. Nice staff. Great parking. A great way to enjoy this beautiful little city.

The property is beautiful, and has an incredible view overlooking the Alto Mayo valley! I was there on a work trip, and the covered restaurant terrace was a fantastic spot for working and taking calls. Definitely a great option for birders and nature enthusiasts--they even have a private tract of conserved forest with a trail from the hotel down to the river. I was able to see dozens of species of birds from the hotel grounds and forest, as well as two species of monkeys—the critically endangered Rio Mayo Titi Monkey, in the forest, and Andean Saddle-backed Tamarins that paid a visit to the roofs and trees near the restaurant terrace. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are all friendly and helpful. And the food they serve is delicious! My group stayed here several times (in between trips to other areas) over our 10 days in the region, and it always felt like a welcoming home base.
