肯普斯角酒店(Hotel Kemps Corner)

This hotel does something so cool and different from other hotels I’ve been to in India, they offer complimentary snacks in the evening from 5:30-6:30pm which offers you an opportunity to try local food. They also put a few snacks in your room which was a really nice touch. They also offer a complimentary foot massage each morning which is a really nice to have. The staff are incredibly nice. The best part of my room was the little balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable though! It’s a well located hotel and about 5km from most tourist attractions and taxis are easy to come by.

The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

Hôtel char***t aux chambres très propres et des produits de salle de bain de courtoisie. Les lieux collectifs sont moins propres. Accueil souriant et formidable, service irrégulier. Certains employés sont excellents (un grand merci à Samiksha et à Shilpa !) mais sans eux attendez-vous à avoir une assistance irrégulière si vous avez besoin de quelque chose car tous les employés ne se valent pas. Petit déjeuner et snacks gratuits, délicieux et bien épicés sur une terrasse très agréable. Room service disponible aussi. L'hôtel a des ascenseurs pour rejoindre les étages. Tous les étages ont quelques marches pour rejoindre l'ascenseur ou la chambre. Il est facile de marcher pour trouver des restaurants, cafés et librairies ou des magasins près de l'hôtel. Les transports sont également facilement accessibles. J'ai reçu un appel 1 heure avant l'heure de sortie de l'hôtel me priant de le quittermais on m'a laissé rester jusqu'à l'heure stipulée en parlant avec la réception. L'hôtel a la générosité de garder les bagages quelques heures si vous avez besoin.

Our stay at Kemps Corner Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and had a modern, stylish décor. The complimentary breakfast was a veritable feast, with everything from fresh fruit and pav bhaji to made-to-order masala dosas. The dining area was located on a beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed live flute music and complimentary foot massages. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and hassle-free, and the staff was always attentive and helpful. Overall, we felt like we had the most luxurious and memorable hotel experience possible.

The hotel is very well located , the rooms are neat and clean , employees are helpful I wanted to know details about the city and they were very helpful. Breakfast is tastefully done. Credit to pad***i at reservations and Rinky at breakfast

Loved my stay at Hotel Kemps Corner. Complimentary Breakfast on the rooftop with a very calming ambience. Excellent options with live counters, the Cafe Latte Froth is a must try. Enjoyed the complimentary foot massage.

If you are looking for a clean place to pamper yourself during your vacation with yummy food with great service from the hotel staff , I would highly recommend Kemps corner . Everything is top notch.

Stayed there for a family emergency with my aged father and in his words this is a "cute" hotel. Things that impressed us: - Each room has its own name - my room was called Dark Horse - Breakfast at the rooftop is interesting, not a massive spread like a luxury hotel but everything that's good and fair bit of cutomised options. - Having limited abled people to play morning flute and offer free foot massage was very touching. - Welcome drink at the reception all day - Good and different coffee and tea options in the room - Games at lobby like Chess. Good staff and good, clean basic value for money hotel in the heart of South Mumbai.

The hotel is OK but the shortcomings that we observed are as follows - The room doesn't have any luggage storage place. The tea/coffee hot kettle storage place is cramped and not at all user-friendly. The cups were not good and the kettle is small and the wire is too small and tied where we had a couple of near miss of getting burnt. The food and service is average.
