孟買陽光沙灘酒店(Sun-n-Sand Mumbai Juhu Beach)

An iconic hotel in mumbai Juhu beach but unfortunately all ends there. Room are dirty and not well cleaned . Staff are polite but that about it Breakfast is poor and not 5 star standard the bread and breakfast pastries are terrible and don’t change nor does selection of fruit just melon / raw pineapple and papaya and cheap frozen cold cuts . There is no emotional engagement from any ***agers . Checking times 1500 but the room was still not ready over an hour late and just get a lousy apology This is a hotel for cheap local clients not recommended for international guest . A very disappointing experience and certainly not a 5 star category Below picture of a dirty phone in a room with insects infestation on the walls inside the hotel and accumulation of dirt and dust which is just neglected after staying for over a week it’s disgusting.

Hotel standard is not as per charges

Hotel molto molto datato. Pulizia scarsa. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Valida la piscina, ma gli accessori, come gli sdrai ..molto vecchi e a volte rotti. Odore forte di muffa ovunque. Ristorante buono, anche se qui la pulizia non e' adeguata ad un ristorante. Forse un tempo era bella oggi sicuramente no...

Great and iconic property . Nice staff. Great view of Juhu beach . Clean rooms. Only one problem - the small back gate to Juhu beach closes at 7 despite there a Gaurd being posted always. They should allow the gate open late too so occupants can take a stroll . This property is medium sized but it’s history associated with Bollywood makes it iconic

Great as always, slightly dated, but it is still the same as the first time I was there 46 years ago. The bar could do with a separate section for private parties so residents can enjoy the bar and pool. Pool looks great.

Stayed one night while attending an event at the lavish Iskcon (Hare Rama Hare Krishna) temple and doing some shopping before heading back to the States. We chose Sun n Sand because of price (this area is ridiculously overpriced and SNS was reasonable) and its proximity to the temple and the shops and cafes we frequent in Juhu. So glad we did! At this price point it was an excellent choice and we’ll probably book again. The property is a bit dated but very well maintained and has charm. It’s a beach resort from the Bollywood heyday, and the slightly retro vibe gives it character. The location is amazing— right on Juhu beach with gorgeous views. A short walk, auto, or Uber from everything in the area. Breakfast was good, though next time I probably won’t include it in our booking only because there are so ***y other good options in the area. Only down side was that the shower in one of the rooms (we booked two) seemed to leak some water, soaking the bathmat and making bathroom floor. Didn’t have that problem in the other room we booked, so maybe it was just a fluke. Overall, a great booking. Highly recommend.

Given rooms that were dusty & damp due to the renovation work going on in the rooms. Fans running outside of rooms to dry the carpets. Bed sheets were damp. Refused the rooms, cancelled our reservation & went to a hotel in same area as no suitable alternatives offered. Shocking experience.

Road at the entrance property about 950 feet was dusty and broken ( uneven ) Property is too old and not maintained properly. Rooms were health hazard. Staff was awesome. Reception pool area gym were good. Breakfast was wonderful. The location is best.
