白犀牛酒店(The White Rhino Hotel)

We stopped in Nyeri on Chris**as Eve and we were amazed by the service. The lord's rooms were superb, the best hotel rooms I have seen. I am so glad I booked the hotel and didn't pay too much attention to the reviews. Our kids enjoyed the food, the chef went out of his way to tailor the pasta based on what the kids like and they loved it, this was the 2nd hotel stop from Nanyuki and it kept our mood vibrant,..ohh and they had Xmas carols, live singers which were excellent for a family since most places didn't have family-friendly events. Georgina booked our hotel and she was so wonderful and pleasant.I called her at odd hours due to the time difference and she always assured me all will be well. Thank you to the hotel staff, the chef ( very talented), The lady porter ( so amazing), the waiters, and the security guard lady. We will always stay here when in Kenya. Thank you once again to the staff. The Food was excellent. Georgina you're so hard-working and amazing, i thought you were the hotel owner.

The hot water was hit or miss

The rooms were top notch, clean and well maintained, however they didnt have wash cloths but towels clean and good size...food was great, service at the rooms was great. Service at the bar need improvement they took to long to serve us and it wasnt a busy night.
