Ho soggiornato per 9 giorni presso Universal Aparthitel Elisa io e mio marito con 3 bambini. Sono molto soddisfatta di questa struttura, le camere spaziose , molto pulite, silenziose. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione: la colazione varia sia nel dolce che nel salato, pancake e french toast preparati anche al momento. Per la cena varietà di antipasti, secondi piatti, pizza e verdure. Primi piatti presenti solo in pasta bianco/pomodoro/ragù e riso bianco/ragù/pomodoro ma essendo all' estero è comprensibile. Cuoco presente che cucina alla piastra al momento con una scelta di pesce e carme e altra scelta di secondi piatti a buffet. Per concludere varietà di frutta e dolci, gelato. Ottima qualità del cibo, ben cucinato. Personale di sala e reception sempre molto gentile. Presenza di piscina una parte bassa per i più piccoli e una parte più alta. Avendo però un mare così bello la piscina passa in secondo piano. Mare a 5 minuti a piedi facilmente raggiungibile. Cosa dire di altro? Lo consiglio sicuramente!!!

Très jolis appartements dans un coin calme, propres et confortables. Super buffet de petit-déjeuner, personnel aimable et efficace, également à la réception. Nous n'avons pas testé le buffet du soir mais le restaurant à la carte était ok. Jolie piscine et pas besoin de se lever de bonne heure pour réserver des chaises, nous avions encore de la place à 10h00. Seul petit bémol, il faut compter 10 mn de marche jusqu'à la plage la plus proche. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe du Elisa pour ce super séjour !

房間很寬敞。一個瘋狂的露台，可以欣賞小湖的壯麗景色。工作人員非常友好。會說幾種語言對我們來說非常有用。一切都很乾淨。全天候接待是一個加分項。週邊地區有許多觀光景點。

很少遇到更糟糕的酒店。房間很髒，餐廳很糟糕，而且整晚都很吵。那裡不能停車，泳池很小，裡面全是兒童玩具。 對我們來說，只有一次，但不會再有。工作人員也沒有什麼幫助。

Todo estuvo perfectamente organizado 100%100 contenta de haber hecho una buena elección sin duda alguna volveremos en nuestra vacaciones calidad y buen servicio personal atento a la necesidades de sus clientes no encontramos nada negativo entre la calidad y el precio todo estuvo perfecto

Room and restaurant is good, good view from restaurant, but the pool is too liten and too deep for us short people and many children who play and jump in the water all the time. Too liten pool for many geast, good that it take 5-6 minutes to the beach. Good beach.

Personal poco agradable. Han sido poco amables y se han adaptado muy mala a las necesidades que se requerían. No volveremos

Belle hôtel, propre , confortable, personnel agréable, chambres moderne, fontaine à eau gratuite dispo dans tout l hôtel un petit plus... restaurant a la carte de l hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix service plus que correct Piscine non chauffé et plus petite que sur les photos mais agréable quand même

Stayed for aweek came back 14th Oct The apartment we stayed in was good couple of issues we paid for room and tv only to find out no british channels we asked at the reception if anychance of getting at least one british channel on...it just fell on deaf ears In our room 127 got bitten everyday by loads of mosquitoes bites and I mean loads even repellant didn't stop them.. I'm not one for moaning the room was good cleaners do a great job... Pool eara good plenty of sunbeds The place itself okish been to majorca loads of times wouldn't book player de muro I go somewhere else..

Ubicación próxima a la playa, pero lejos del bullicio de la restauración, un lugar tranquilo limpio nuevo y el desayuno, que es lo que pudimos disfrutar excelente en calidad y en variedad. Recomendable 100 × 100 y repetir. Además, se producía la limpieza casi a diario a lo largo de la semana, excepto por dos días, por lo cual se agradece un apartahotel personal, súper agradable

We have been going to Elisa for many years. We love it for its proximity to the beach and restaurants yet it is still very quiet. The whole place was refurbished a few years ago and it now looks very stylish. The a la carte restaurant serves very good meals and all the staff are really nice.

Booked a two week stay at the Universal Aparthotel Elisa when looking for a 4 star self catering apartment and it did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious with the best air conditioning I’ve ever experienced whilst on holiday. Modern, clean and well kitted out although the fridge was a little small and dated. The pool area was lovely and well kept with plenty of comfortable sun beds any time of the day which is a first for us as a family, no 6am scramble for beds. A lovely little bar / dining area services the pool area and food is available which is cooked at the main restaurant and brought to you at the pool. A big plus for this hotel is the filtered cooled fresh drinking water points dotted around the hotel so you can fill your own water bottles saving on one use plastics so bring your refillable water bottles. I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Universal Aparthotel Elisa, extremely friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. All in all as a family we are very impressed and will definitely visit again in the future. Thank you for our lovely relaxed stay.

Sind begeistert. Schönes und nicht zu großes Hotel. Schöne Lage und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Sehr saubere und moderne Zimmer. Das Essen war für Hotelverhältnisse wahnsinnig lecker und die Auswahl auch sehr groß. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch das äußerst nette und zuvorkommende Personal. Man sieht den Angestellten auch an das sie offensichtlich gerne dort arbeiten und die Freundlichkeit von Herzen kommt. Wir kommen wieder!!

Notre séjour en famille s’est parfaitement déroulé. La résidence est très propre, la piscine très agréable et le personnel très serviable. À environ 300 m de la magnifique plage de Muro et de ses nombreux restaurants. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très varié. Nous avons adoré notre escapade majorquine. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
