Beautiful setting of hotel in serene space, great rooms and view. The food is great and staff is the icing on the cake, they are so courteous and helpful. I would mention few names to quote Ravi & Priya from guest services and Rajesh from the dining services have been awesome during our stay.

Excellent service and very courteous staff. Hotel is not too far from Mall road, and the location is also good. Abhi, Priya, restaurant hostess and the entire F&B staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel has a play area as well which is nicely built. Thanks for wonderful service!

The stay was really very comfy and nothing short of a fulfilling experience for me and my family .The staff was courteous ,polite and lovely .And all the service was prompt .From the lovely interiors to some really good indulgence @breakfast to high tea .My kids loved every part of the savoury pakodas and the sandwich .From getting my request for soy milk tea ( I’m lactose intolerant ) to lot of fun at play area ,which included table tennis for the kids and adults .Thankyou Radisson oasis for a memorable trip and stay ! A special mention for team @ Palak ,Ravi ,Priya and everyone who served us including the room service , the drivers .

Hotel location is very nice We spent 4 Nights & 5 Days for Business purpose, but definitely I will again visit the hotel with family some time. The hospitality, food, ambient, clean & spacious rooms and ofcourse the weather of Mussoorie was awesome. The staff at hotel reception, Resturant and room service was excellent. The staff in Restaurant served us with so calmly & politely even when we asked for food repeatedly. Special thanks to Aman & Priya at reception desk who treated me with so sincerity and dedication.

the room was amazing, the hospitality was superb! we are vegans and it is difficult finding food for us but the entire team was extremely understanding and supportive...they served us the best vegan food through out. the stay was very comfortable..highly recommeded when you are travelling in mussoorie. You should meet Ravi Raj who will guide you through the stay and provide you with excellent travel suggestions.

The location is really nice. It’s away from all the noise of the city and not too far from the mall road too. The services are great especially the restaurant and room service staff. The play room is also stacked with lots of games and activities for kids which was a plus for us as we were travelling with a kid. Ravi Raj helped us checked in and checked out at ease and catered to all our needs. Anjali at the restaurant was so kind and helpful. She served us with a big smile ans was so sweet to our child. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we’ll surely come again.

Had an amazing trip.. the property is flawless and hospitality was top notch.. the hotel was extremely helpful and decent. Ravi on the reception was very helpful and made sure my family had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this property if you want to have a peaceful and luxurious experience and hardly 400mtrs from mall road.
