Excellent location. Nice food. Breakfast buffet is with wide choices so is dinner. Car parking is with direct access. Very courteous staff.

The room service prompt view from the room was awesome and the food was also delicious.

hotel has a great location advantage ae it is located on the maal road. Ample parking is available, staff were helpful, food quality were good, room facing valleys were quite mesmerising and room quite comfortable. Therefore I recommend all to try this hotel for sure.

A lovely property with a amazing doon view. Stay was very decent we had choosen balcony view room where we enjoyed good view. The location is too good you have a accessibility of kempty fall, lal tibba, company garden and ofcourse Mall road. We enjoyed allot.special thanks to Nisha for makey anniversary stay batter.

Overall experience as very well hotel staff and food cleaness was really good we celebrated our anniversary candle night dinner at hotel arranged by hotel staff was really good especially deepika.. thanks for making anniversary special

We will come again.Awesome place to stay. The rooms are good and spacious. Well maintained and location wise, it's prime for them. Very quiet place overall. The food spread was really good and the service was good. Worthy 5 stars. During my stay I met with Ms. Preeti, she is very helpful and always attentive with a smile. It's feel luxurious at ITC , they excessed our expectations. The location also at heart of mussoorie. It's near by mall road. Only half hour drive for landore market . And 40 min from kempty fall , and taxi stand and bus stand also just next to the gate which gives you advantage for travellers.staff also so helpful specially thanks to Mr. Hom for your help.

It was a pleasant stay very nice room view is super looks like a Jannat 😍. All staff is very humble and political behaviour. Room cleaning is very nice 🙂. Food is delicious 😋. Thank you so much thus wonderful experience 🙏 Definitely we recommend our friends.
