We are quite regular to the MGM Chennai beach resort. We have also stayed in MGM velankani almost about 03rd time with family. this time on 31st May the whole experience was worst and people never bothered about the guest concerns. Especially the senior manager ignoring the guest complaints and not even meeting the guest.( we were told by the security he is GM ) Concern highlighted at the time of check-in was . 1 AC remote was not working 2. Room was not ready and setup was not done as per the deluxe room showed to the reception staff, 3 noticed blood stain on the bed,4.Minibar was making huge noise not let us to sleep at night,5.Door lock key was not working to lock the door. 6. Shower knob was too tight not able to open. We reported all the concerns at the reception and told them that i would like to meet some senior manager. Senior manager was around but no one met us and just they were continuing their job. not worth and one of the worst management i noticed in MGM velankani.. instead of going there and paying 08k, we would have stayed in some other by paying 04k etc.. we were concern on the hygiene but in MGM velankani spoiled our whole stay and we checked out because of this irresponsible act by management and stayed in another hotel.
