Best location at mall road. Book room on 4th or 5th floor to get the best lake view. Staff was very friendly and food was delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall it was great stay.

Best part of the hotel is location. Just few steps up from mall road. Also few of the good restro just 1 min walk from the hotel. Other things i would say it’s average. For a night or 2 it’s good option to consider if staying near to mall road.

We were for three night room is small property is not good and expensive washroom was not clean tap was not proper working and phone was not working life time worst hotel and veryyy bad experience

We were there for two nights. Property is ok, room are not so big not small, washroom are not clean, their phone numbers are not working, even no one there to listen. However one or two service staff working their are polite & help u out with your stay. It is like chail raha hai toh thee k hai hai nah i toh koi baat nahi. Would request owners seriuos consideration towards their property and customer's satisfaction.

We didn’t stay at all. We checked in and checked out immediately. Rooms were dirty, damp, smelly, bed sheets and comforters had stains and marks that were terribly visible. Hotel staff didn’t offer to switch and were pushing back in staying at the original rooms assigned. Mm t customer care didn’t help get refund, not even a voucher or partial refund. Escalated the issue via email, twitter(x) but didn’t get any help.
