穆克特什瓦胡斯塔度假酒店(Justa Mukteshwar Retreat & Spa)

Some 350 kms away from Delhi, Mukteshwar is a lovely getaway from the Delhi's heat n pollution. And Justā was just the right choice. Dilip kumar booked the room for us and ensured our stay was equally comfortable. Bobby Singh was equally available and helpful. The staff at the restaurant are really good n ensure you get what want to eat, Not to mention, that the buffet hada good variety and even better preparation. Hospitality bang on! Really Wholesome n Relaxed stay. Highly recommend!

The hospitality was very good. Our special thanks to Mr Dilip Kumar and Boby who were very courteous and helpful throughout our 2 nights stay. The restaurant location may be shifted to open area which will be convenient to all. Management must consider putting up Air-conditioners as day temperature is high.

I recently stayed at Justa Mukteshwar, and my experience was quite disappointing. Here are some of the key issues I encountered during my stay: Poor Approach Road: The approach road to the property is in extremely bad condition, making the 4 km journey very uncomfortable and difficult. Cleanliness Issues: Upon checking in, we found the sheets were dirty, and although they were changed upon request, it was not a pleasant start to our stay. Run-Down Rooms: The room itself looked quite run down, with a lot of visible wear and tear. Additionally, there were many moths and insects in the room, which was quite unsettling. Monkey Menace: The property has a significant monkey menace, making it unsafe to leave the room windows open or even to walk around the property freely. Water Problems: There was no water in the washrooms when we checked in. It took more than 3 hours to restore the water supply, which was highly inconvenient. Lack of Amenities: The room lacked a refrigerator, and the refrigerator in the kitchen was not working either. This was quite inconvenient, especially in such a remote location. Food Quality: The food quality was just okay, nothing exceptional to make up for the other shortcomings of the stay. Wi-Fi: Did not work most of the time & the speed was terrible. Overall, after paying premium prices Justa Mukteshwar did not meet our expectations and fell short in many basic aspects of hospitality. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Don't go to this hotel. White curtains won't let you sleep since 5.30 am.in the morning , rooms are too hot in the afternoons but there is No AC and you can't open the door for ventilation due to monkeys do you have to bear the heat inside the room and torture yourself whole day during summers. If this was not enough then there won't be water supply in the washrooms for an hour so that you get harrassed completely for choosing this property for your stay. Stay at your own risk. Worst experience for life. All other reviews are fake bcoz we booked bcoz of them only

Beautiful place for relaxing the body and mind. Swimming Pool, food and other services are too good. Staff of the resort are also very humble. Special thanks to dilip and boby for their hospitality gesture. Metalled Road connectivity will surely bring rise in the numbers of guests.

We booked justa for 3days and 2 nights with family.On entering the vibe of manager was soo negative,then their service was soo bad,horrible food with a FLY IN OUR FOOD.On complaining whole staff started fighting and threatened us if u will complaint we will lock u all here.Insects in the room my kids didn’t sleep the whole night.

Five star to the staff and the serive provided. I was completely imprese with their services highly recommended. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Not worth more than 9k. The swimming pool is stinky with ultra cold water..no temp. control, Jacuzzi is just OK. They put so much chlorine in pool that eyes were burning and were not able to stand for a minute. The dining area is congested, not much variety...taste is 3/5. The High Tea is good. Rooms are clean and spacious with good views. Staff is very cooperative and humble, from reception to the dining area...all are nice. There are a lot of stairs... just in case you have elders or kids. They have in house cafe also, rates are super High.

It was a memorable stay at Justa . Everything was Excellent from Check in til check out. We stayed for 2 nights . The rooms are spacious & the view from resort was outstanding.The food was amazing & The Chef was very cooperative & looked after us very well as we all were having Jain food .Mr Dilip & Shilpi from front desk were very helpful . It’s a must visit place Justa Mukteshwar
