多慕斯波爾波尼卡酒店(Domus Borbonica)

Siamo stati qui per un weekend e devo dire che la posizione è veramente ottima. Si è a due passi da tutto: quartieri spagnoli, spaccanapoli, università, piazza del plebiscito ecc. Avrei dato una stella in più nel complesso alla struttura ma ci sono alcune cose che secondo me andrebbero migliorate: in primis la colazione, non può un B&B non offrire la colazione (tengo a precisare che eravamo consapevoli di questa cosa, difatti i miei sono consigli per migliorare il servizio). Un altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta riguarda il deposito bagagli. Dopo oltre 20 anni di viaggi in Italia e nel mondo (più volte all'anno) è la prima volta che una struttura (qualsiasi) mi chiede soldi per il deposito bagagli. Insomma, vi consiglio il b&b anche perché si trova in centro e nonostante la forte via di passaggio è molto silenziosa, però mi permetto di consigliare queste piccolezze al gestore per migliorare il servizio.

Camera ampia e pulita, bagno dotato di tutti i comfort, ottima posizione scendi e sei nel cuore di Napoli, proprietario super disponibile e gentile, ci tornerò 💙

Pros: The room is clean, spacious and has air con. The room we had was located away from the busy road, so we were not disturbed by the street noise (as I read in other reviews that the noise was terrible). The bathroom is clean and very large. The high ceilings are beautiful. The hotel is located on a main road, so perfect location. Cons: The room indicates a fridge in the room, this is not true. Even after requesting one as I have personal medication, a fridge was not placed in the room. The breakfast is not in the hotel, it is at Restaurante Daniele (not Bar Daniele) which is only a 1 min walk away. The cafe brings you food & drink without asking your dietary requirements or what you would like. The cafe itself doesn’t have good reviews. They made salami toast, margarita pizza slices and 6 sugary pastries. As I’m a vegetarian & not a fan of sugary foods for breakfast, I had 1 item and left the rest on the table. Such a waste of food. They would greatly benefit from asking guests what they would like. We ended up not going for breakfast for the other 3 remaining mornings. A very strong smell of cigarette smoke each time you walk in the corridors of the hotel. Communication with the hotel was unfortunately a challenge, the amount of times we had to go back and forth just to make sure he (I'd rather not name him) was clear on what we had said had become frustrating in the end. Also he decided to charge me €40 instead of €35 for the taxi just because I wanted a taxi at 5.30am. Also, no housekeeping for the 5 days we stayed.

The accommodation was clean, with AC, OK TV set. The shower is getting with fungus due to very interesting finishing. The bed was soft and ok. Overall was good, of not miscommunication and weird reception of us I informed that we will be with a baby and asked about accessibility. But the outside doors are very old with a small whole like for dwarfs, and barely push our stroller through it. Secondly, the elevator is super old. And the owner could tell us that we need 10 euro cents to through to make it operational. I thought that I have stucked there. Also I had the impression that I'm booking two rooms apartment with kitchenette,but there was one bed room , with a couch, no kitchenette.

situato al centro di napoli ( via Toledo) primo piano in palazzo storico del 1500 pulito spazioso e elegante host empatico e disponibile (ci ha suggerito molti posti dove mangiare e visitare !!) si dorme in tranquillità nonostante si trova nella strada più importante di napoli sotto il palazzo in strada si trovano molti bar dove scegliere di fare colazione

Malgré des boules Quies nous n avons pratiquement pas dormi les 2 nuits. Photos trompeuses, petit déjeuner au café en bas, donc pas de buffet, seulement un jus de fruit, une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie. 40 euros pour être venu nous chercher à l'aéroport puis en plus 20 euros pour l'arrivée tardive. Bref très déçus et un peu l impression de s'être fait avoir.

Eccellente accoglienza nella Domus Borbonica. Grazie Massimo, straordinario dominus e padrone di casa! Pulizia, location e possibilità di gita in barca nel golfo di Napoli … what else? Consigliatissima location di via Toledo, nel cuore pulsante della incantevole e pazza Napoli

Al centro di Napoli. Vicino a tutto: metro, via Toledo, quartieri Spagnoli, centro storico, funicolare, piazza del Plebiscito, castel dell'Ovo e tanto altro. Posto accogliente, ben ristrutturato in un palazzo storico e caratteristico. Camere e bagni nuovi, ben puliti ed arredati. Il titolare Massimo gentile e disponibile oltre ogni misura. Per me tutto perfetto. Conasigliato.
