那什沃希爾頓逸林酒店(Doubletree by Hilton Nashua)

There are better options in the area. Staff was pleasant but this place needs a top to bottom clean and refresh. We stayed in a suite which had cigarette burns all over the carpet. Yellow water was coming up from the drain when running the bathtub. AC kept turning off too making the room warm and quite uncomfortable.

We specifically rented this hotel to swim in the pool. We booked our one hour time slot for the pool which was not listed on website. No big deal. The ENTIRE time we had our time slot the pool was being used for swim lessons. We were told to pick a corner of the pool and stay on it. Kids were directed multiple times on what side of pool to swim on by the two instructors. The hotel should state the pool has one hour time slots and is leased out for swim lessons. We booked our time slot in the morning before check out and it was senior citizen swim time. Luckily this hotel is located with lots of other things to do in Nashua. Will not be going back. For the money should not have to be told to stay in the corner of pool due to swimming lessons. Another family had the same issue. Parking was very limited as well.

Spent one night over here with family. At night hardly sleep. Only slept few hours. the AC was not working properly and it was super noisy. At the mid of night finally off it and open the window.

The room had an odor of stale smoke. We were supposedly in a no smoking room. A face cloth on the bathroom that was rolled up as clean had make up all over it. It was difficult to control the temp of the room. It was either too hot or too cold.

No bathroom fan, toilet paper holder broken, did not get fresh towels or trash emptied in 4 days. Pullout sofa didn’t fit in room

It’s time to fix the ventilation. The clorine smell from the pool was awful in the main lobby area and even worse in the elevators.

The bed was very comfortable, room temperature we were able to control with no problem. The bathroom shower and vanity were clean but the floor under the vanity clearly had not been cleaned. We were there for three nights. No one came in to empty baskets, give us more towels and washcloths, coffee, etc. Could I have asked for those things. Yes. but we shouldn't have to. No explanation anywhere about possible staffing storages, etc. that could affect our stay or services. I expected more from a Double Tree. a Hilton hotel!

Amenities are for HOTEL not Room. Bought king size room with microwave an to find out they dont have one in my room then i call an make sure i Paid for that an I DID. Nothing was done from front or ******* to make it right. Was told they dont do room service an had to wait till 11pm to have a microwave dropped off to my room by the front desk person. Was a good two hours staying up dealing with that issue an nothing was done an was ripped off for price an discrimination of room/hotel are not the same so i made sure i wasnt getting the amenities of the ROOM over the HOTEL amenities. Nonexistent Unprofessional management.

They wanted to charge us a incidental fee upon check in. The rooms were not close to each other. The staff was rude. The room we got into was clearly not cleaned as we found the previous occupants underwear in the bathroom and the phone wasn’t plugged in. so they gave us another room and the key didn’t work in that room.
