We have stayed twice before at this hotel. This past stay was extremely disappointing as the front desk service was misleading. We asked the front desk person when we checked in during the evening where we could park our car other than in the underground garage. He pointed us to directly across the street in the lot where the train station is. We specifically asked him if it was ok to park there and he told us yes. We parked there on his recommendation to find that we were ticketed the next morning with 2 different tickets at a total cost of $70. In addition to the ticket, our room was terrible as the entry doors in our room and surrounding rooms slammed every time they were opened and closed, the AC unit did not work properly, the shower did not work, there was no safe in the room, could not even get a bottle of water from front desk even though we requested to pay for it. In order to get anyone to appear at the front desk during evening hours of 9pm-9:30pm, we were told by other hotel guests to bang on the counter very hard and then someone will come out to the front desk.
We will never stay at this hotel and will not recommend it to our company for any of our employees to stay there for business or even personal reasons. We feel this was definitely not the experience we paid for.
