Not the same experience we had for last many years..food service is pathetic and breakfast ..trying to keep buffet ..trying to copy star hotels ..but service not up to mark..and half the counters of food empty..please focus on service..recruit quality people not quantity

It is great hotel to be in. We were in executive rooms. Good bathrooms very neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Food was too good. Mr. Jagsit Singh on the counter was very supportive and directed us well I would recommend to friends and family.

We find out authentic food in Nathdwara in Virnda reasturent. Service & ambience amazing. We found the prices were very reasonable. In breakfast only buffets are available. Gujarati thali is best at virnd. Evening alakart available. Overall a good experience.
