華盛頓國家港口威斯汀酒店(The Westin Washington National Harbor)

Great food! Great service! The staff were nice to me. After a long tiring working day, this hotel is a good choice for business travel. It is right at the harbor and next to all types of delicious restaurants.

My car broke down in Morgantown, WV. I called the hotel to cancel, expecting to be charged one night, not both. I believe I was charged for 2 nights and also had to purchase a hotel near my broken down car in WV. I believe the policy was to charge me one night and you would think they would throw you a bone and sympathize with my horrible situation.

The hotel was dirty. The valet loss the keys to my car for 30 minutes until they realized someone had taken them home. Prior to 2020 I used to stay at that hotel once a year and it has changed for the worse since then.

This property is located in a prime location and I loved that. The front desk and restaurant staff are wonderful. The inside of the property is worn and outdated. I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed. The hallway carpet is old and gathered which poses a major safety concern. The room furniture is damaged and old. I was moved to a subsequent room and it was mildly better. I immediately spoke with manager and asked to cancel my reservation and have my money returned. He declined. This was my first and last time staying at the Westin.

Do not stay at this property! The manager is rude and blatantly disrespectful! He made me leave the property and canceled my booking. The Manager is racist! I was having issues with my booking and instead of him acting professional he decided to give me attitude. I simply asked him if I could be waited on by someone else because his attitude was extremely nasty, he told me no and because he is the Manager he can cancel my booking. A guy walked up with him and only saw the end of the situation and said "yes he is the manager mam you can go" Instead of having patience and assisting me with my issue.I drove a hr to the location to be turned away because I didn't want to be waited on by a irate person. I called corporate and the policy states if it's a argument with the customer they can be dismissed. I totally disagree with that when the staff from the very beginning should give quality service! I will never book at Marriott hotels or Westin again and I will spread the word about this location in National Harbor.

Wasn't to pleased with my view. I reserved the City View and only saw the street. I was told this was the "City View" Nooooo, this is the "Retail View" The City View should be the HARBOR as the name says "NATIONAL HARBOR"
