Todo correcto por relación precio/calidad. Buena cafetería

Excelente trato por parte del Personal y atención especia por parte de la Propietaria, que se presentó a nuestra llegada y a lo largo de nuestra estancia, nos colmó de atenciones. Así es como próspera un negocio. La habitación excelente en una esquina muy bien ubicada, la comida buena y servida en la mesa, el desayuno variado y el wifi bueno.

Un hotel familiar muy bien gestionado. Las habitaciones muy agradables, con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Camas cómodas, buena iluminación y mucha limpieza. En cuanto a comidas y cenas bastante variación y buena calidad. Si volvemos por la zona nos alojaremos en él sin dudarlo.

80 euros por una habitación cutre, pregunto para aparcar mi coche y no me dan soluciones,19,95 euros para un bufet de desayuno que no lo vale..y me dice si voy a volver...estamos locos??ni de coña jjjj

Per S.Firmino i prezzi sono alti ovunque….qui siamo a Villava, poco fuori dal Centro ma sempre ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (bus a 1,80 euro).

El hotel pierde al natural respecto a las fotos, necesita una reforma, al menos de suelos. El parking del hotel solo es válido para vehículos pequeños. En los alrededores no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento. El desayuno aceptable. El restaurante aceptable si es para un par de noches. El personal es lo mejor del hotel, siempre atentos y deseando ayudarte.

We stayed here for 3 nights for the Festival de San Fermin and it was overall a great stay. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was also convenient and good to have available. When we asked for a taxi, it would arrive in less than 10 minutes !

We stayed here two nights and while it was clean and the bed comfortable, the location and service were not good. We were told to rise early and the front desk would call a taxi for us to get us into town. They wouldn’t. We were told breakfast was included, but because we were leaving so early we wouldn’t get breakfast, but they would make us coffee. They wouldn’t. (And thought it was funny that we even asked for it.) Perhaps they hate Americans or the entire San Fermin festival, but it doesn’t really matter - do yourself a favor and spend your money on a place closer to the center of the city because waiting for buses that don’t run on time and dealing with the people who work at this hotel are both unpleasant.
