I picked this hotel relying on Best Western's reputation as a reliable, comfortable three stars chain (the kind of hotel my parents would book!), and that this would be a comfortable place to stay for the first couple of days of my trip to India.
It turns out the hotel was extremely noisy; my room was facing the street, and the windows let all the noise through. It was very hard to find sleep at night. At some point, there was also a smell of fuel in the whole hotel, which lingered for a day and a half, as if someone had run an engine (I don't think this was due to nearby traffic as it only happened for part of my stay, it was more probably due to some kind of power generator or power tool being run in the hotel, as there was some renovation work going on at the time).
The staff was polite to a fault but that's the only good thing I can say about my stay there.
