Nice hotel and good service. Room was good and quiet. Restaurant had good food and service

this hotel is located very comfort area. service is also not bad.

Only check-in at about 10pm for a night’s stay. Only hotel to provide one litre of water per person. So grateful for this detail since tap water isn’t drinkable. King bed is comfortable ***** with room size just alright. Air con was alright in my room but super noisy in room 106. We stayed in rooms without windows hence it was quiet. Fast check-in and check-out. Only con is poor location. The road outside always jam compared to other hotels.

The air conditioning system was poor, fan was noisy. The room rather felt humid sometimes. Breakfast is not included and restaurant is overpriced. The food was decent but you can visit Darbar restaurant nearby which is if the same owner. I’m particularly not happy with the room size and ventilation, I also complained about this at the reception but they told me that no other room was available at the moment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Best Western Darbar Hotel, largely due to the mistreatment we received from Adil Khan. From the moment we checked in, it was evident that Mr. Khan's customer service was far from satisfactory. He appeared disinterested and unwelcoming, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. During our stay, our requests for assistance and information were met with indifference and dismissive attitudes. It seemed as though Adil Khan couldn't be bothered to address our concerns or offer any help. This lack of courtesy and professionalism made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. We expected a better level of service from a reputable hotel chain like Best Western, but this experience, marred by Mr. Khan's behavior, left us deeply dissatisfied. We hope that the ***agement addresses these issues promptly to ensure that other guests do not encounter a similar ordeal.

I picked this hotel relying on Best Western's reputation as a reliable, comfortable three stars chain (the kind of hotel my parents would book!), and that this would be a comfortable place to stay for the first couple of days of my trip to India. It turns out the hotel was extremely noisy; my room was facing the street, and the windows let all the noise through. It was very hard to find sleep at night. At some point, there was also a smell of fuel in the whole hotel, which lingered for a day and a half, as if someone had run an engine (I don't think this was due to nearby traffic as it only happened for part of my stay, it was more probably due to some kind of power generator or power tool being run in the hotel, as there was some renovation work going on at the time). The staff was polite to a fault but that's the only good thing I can say about my stay there.
