This hotel has serious security problems. My son couldn’t remember his room number and approached the wrong room. His key unlocked the door. He tried the next room and it unlocked. His key unlocked every door. We talked to the hotel manager who had the nerve to accuse him of trying to illegally get into other rooms, instead of apologizing for the serious security breach to us and everyone staying here. Both of our keys were issued as master keys which unlock every single room. If they are so careless that they issue anyone and everyone with master keys, no one staying here is safe. We were denied help by the front desk and need to get out of here before someone enters our room against our will. Also the hotel smells musty/moldy, disguised with tons of Febreze to the point of being nauseating.

The hotel and location is nice and was perfect for my vacation, however at 140.00 a night I felt slighted that I could not get my room cleaned, almost like I had to ask for permission! I feel that with covid cases on the rise that this is unacceptable. I feel that as a HH member and service member I was treated poorly and expected better out of my experience with Hilton.

This hotel is adequate in every sense of the word. Service was fine, but unspectacular. Rooms were comfortable enough, but nothing stood out as being particularly special. There were no additional extras or anything that would suggest this place goes above and beyond what is expected for travelers - no bottled water in the room, no free breakfast, no additional toiletries. I was not disappointed at all, but I was not impressed either. My only issue is that they made us move our vehicle (we paid for the park and cruise package). If I’m paying twice the price for parking I should get to park wherever I want. Other than that it was ok.
