良心價格，上東區安全房間又大。

地理位置很方便。值得推薦！

正常發揮 地段還不錯

General experience there is fair but we were annoyed by the automatic light in the bathroom. When we were showering, the light was automatically turned off so eventually we had to shower in the dark.

Sink was not working properly. Water did not run through easily.. room lighting not the best. Light Bedding sheets.

We did not have caffeinated coffee pods in our room and coffe downstairs was out. We requested one night less for reservation due to funeral change and never got call back from revenue manager. Requested room service after we left for funeral home 3:30 and they never came. Very disappointing for spending this much per night

Hébergement propre et accueillant. Proche du métro et 15 minutes de marche de central Park, bonne situation géographique pour nous. Chambre et hôtel propre, pas de bruit la nuit au sein de l’hôtel. Café, thé ou chocolat à disposition gratuitement des voyageurs dans le hall de l’hôtel. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour au sein de l’hôtel

細やかに案内してくださり、スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。設備としてコンセントが多かったことはよかったです。ただ、部屋の電気が少ないことと手鏡がなかったことが残念でした。また、エリアとしては２つの地下鉄がありますがどちらも遠く、観光後にホテルに戻るのが一苦労に感じました。

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est propre et les chambres sont tout à fait convenable. Le métro le plus proche est à 5min, comptez plutôt 20 bonnes minutes de marche jusqu’à Central Park. Manque d’accueil de la part des réceptionnistes, sinon le reste du personnel est très sympa. La wifi fonctionne un jour sur deux..

호텔의 위치나 안전등 대체적으로 좋았지만 호텔가격은 너무 비싸다고 생각된다. 꼭 맨하튼에서 지내야하는 절대적인 의유가 있지않다면 퀸즈나 다른 곳이 가격이나 호텔의 환경이 훨씬 좋고 저렴하다. 나는 일과 시간때문에 어쩔수없이 맨하탄에 있었다. 이 호텔의 초고 장점은 호텔옆 이스트강에 페리 선착장이 있으며 나는 여기서 매일 월스트리트 앞에있는 pire 11으로 출퇴근을 했다. 페리 요금은 4$로 저렴하다^^ 아스토리아 루트를 추천한다.

This is a good hotel, 10 minutes from the Q line, 96th stop. The most practical, ingenious thing is the laundry, it was extremely useful to us. We had a problem with the ventilation fan being too loud which made us sleepless the first night, and the next day they gave us a room without this problem, so we thank them for that. Some notes: 1- Raise the temperature in the hall, it's freezing, it's too cold 2- Improve the sustainability of disposable products 3- Find a way to not waste so much water when you shower. I still recommend this hotel.

Rooms were freezing and they finally moved us at 1am-tried a couple of rooms before we found one that wasn’t freezing. They told us this is the way the rooms are! Horrible!!!

Le sejour nne s est pas tres bien déroulé, le canapé lit n etait pas du tout confortable, nous avons du passer dans une chambre de niveau inférieur avec deux lits sans aucun geste commercial, le wifi rapide est payant.

This hotel is well priced (for NYC) and very close to my family. Great transit options nearby. Otherwise the location is kind of out of the way. If I didn’t have family nearby, I’d go elsewhere. That said, the hotel is also quite nice—nothing fancy—and the room was fairly large for NYC. Doesn’t have updated plugins for USB in room and doesn’t have any food service onsite, but any of the delivery services will bring you anything you want at pretty much any time.
