Hotel bem moderno e novo. Quarto bom com exceção se vc for um casal, alguém não vai conseguir deitar sem passar por cima do outro. Possui um bar e restaurantes bons e bem legais. Localização boa tb. Tivemos um problema no nosso quarto e trocaram por outro pagando alguns drinks no bar pela inconveniência, boa compensação!

Ok, the property is really convenient to the East Village with Webster Hall and a movie theater across the street, Amsterdam Billiards on the same block except the tables are $100/hr. Plenty of restaurants/snackeries nearby but within the hotel itself, not much kid friendly stuff going on. Sure there are the bunk beds and the magnets near the elevators in the lobby. But the restaurants in the hotel are all bars. It’s weird because the bars there are quite notable but the rooms themselves are soooo small. Reminds me of college dorms. All in all, it’s fine for the convenience but the hotel itself didn’t offer any discounts for guests other than free coffee. It’s giving upscale hostel.

The location is more quiet than other areas of NYC and subway stations are not far. Good food options nearby. The quad room is great for families. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only cons are the elevator makes weird all night and the bathroom is not as private as we would have preferred. It was not so bad that it was a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

The staff members were not very friendly, mostly very distracted on phones or iPads. They didn’t say goodbye to me when I checked out. The rooms had no storage at all (not even one drawer). I attempted having dinner at the Cathedral and 30 minutes after I ordered I was without my meal and had to go to a meeting. Very disappointing.

An interesting hotel in East Village that has quirks. Highlights were the shower (excellent strength and temperature) and value compared to other hotels. Cafe area is good with fun skeeball machine (which can be loud for other guests).
We stayed in a double room. Room is in good condition with sizeable shower. Lack of storage space and hairdryer was poor. Cleaners did not leave water 2-3 times during a 10 night stay.
Reception staff are standard. Polite but didn't go above and beyond. Did respond to email prior to booking.
£30 daily charge can be redeemed at the cafe. The cafe is decent but quite expensive, so we received 2 coffees and 1-2 small pastries for £30.
Overall, did the job with a couple of quirks but not much more. Happy but not ecstatic.
