With a heavy heart, I feel compelled to share my review of what can only be described as an absolute disaster of a stay, an unfortunate tarnish on the reputation of the Hyatt company.
Upon entering the room any illusions of a dreamlike experience were promptly shattered by the glaring hole above the door that greeted me.
