松德市政廳公園公寓(Sonder | City Hall Park)

Pretty good with kitchen

We were looking for an apartment hotel that would have a room or studio with a kitchen for three people and that would be in a good state of maintenance. We discovered several branches of sonder and of them we chose Sonder City Hall because of good reviews and the location. We received a room that met our expectations, well equipped, spacious. In addition to the things that were in the room, you could get toilet paper, dishwasher capsules, washing tablets and other necessary things for staying at the hotel at any time. The representatives at the reception were very nice. The hotel is close to the World Trade Center and the 9.11 Memorial. Adjacent to the hotel is a metro station, a supermarket a few minutes' walk away and many shops and cafes around. The stay was very comfortable except for a small incident with one of the air conditioners that did not work and was not repaired even though we asked. We did not respond to the request to get another blanket. Another thing that would be good if they improved is an incoming lobby mode. In fact there is no lobby, it is not a hotel in the usual sense but a building where the 2-6 floors have offices and the 7-14 floors have an apartment for short-term or long-term rent. Bottom line, the stay at Sonder City Hall was successful for us

市中心位置去世貿中心、購物、餐飲都很方便，而且就在富爾頓地鐵站隔壁（有多條線路，下雨也不會被淋濕）。搭乘 PATH 16 分鐘即可抵達澤西城，多條路線可帶您前往住宅區，並靠近翠貝卡 (Tribeca)。很棒的長期住宿——前台很友好，辦理入住和退房非常方便，洗衣房是一個巨大的優勢。以紐約標準，一房空間很大。配有舒適的床和谷歌串流電視。對 Sonder 非常滿意，強烈推薦！

Only stayed for the night but was a great little spot right next to Fulton Street Subway…you can walk to anything downtown from here…huge room with kitchen, big bathroom, tons of closet room also

チェックインなどアプリと連動しオートメーション化されており効率が良い。部屋の照明の１つが点灯しなかったが、ゲストサービスへ伝えて翌日解消された。スタッフは親切でフレンドリー。

Facil acceso al metro, zona muy tranquila, el lugar limpio y con todo lo necesario.. sin duda regresaríamos 👍
