Great hotel with great staff! Hotel was totally clean and cozy with the good location. Ill visit here again next time.

The young man at the counter when we checked in (Andy) was amazing. Really personable and friendly, upgraded our room and gave us amazing dinner recommendations. Unfortunately can't say the same for the lady who worked one of the day shift afterwards, super dry and kind of rude. But overall, Hotel room itself was great, clean and spacious with lots of room. We had an issue with the room being really cold (staff was good though and sent up a heater) but it was still freezing. Good location, quiet and close to restaurant's and local eateries. Would stay here again.

This is our second stay and is our first choice when staying in NYC. The staff is great, location is perfect, and the rooms are very clean. My only disappointment was that the mattress was a little too firm in our room during this stay for my comfort. During our previous stay, the mattress was perfect, so I will make sure to specify for our next stay.

Overall the place just seemed dark and dingy. There was nothing inherently dirty, just didn't seem up to date. The staff was great, but the stay was lacking. I was not able to adjust the thermostat in my room, the TV was old and outdated with only a few options, and the remote only worked half the time, and the bed was very firm. The window had a great view of the brick wall 3 feet away. The best part of the room was the shower. Without any natural light and the outdated carpet and wallpaper, everything just seemed gloomy.

The front desk staff was just OK. Not super friendly. She said she sent me a receipt but I never received it. I’m still confused as to whether they charged me an early check in fee. They never told me the amount or that it was being charged but the total bill is higher than expected. The room was tiny but clean and modern. They gave our checked bag to another guest, but eventually got it back.

Estadía muy cómoda. El hotel está situado en un área céntrica de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, la limpieza está muy bien y lo empleados son muy atentos. A unas 4 cuadras de time square. El restaurante japonés y thaï de la esquina son muy buenos. Llevamos nuestro perro de servicio y también estuvo perfecto para el. Muy recomendado.

Great hotel if you are a tourist wanting to just explore the city. Located in a great area close to subway, Times Square, Central Park, lots of food places. AC wouldn’t change temperature but I went to explore mainly so I didn’t care. Great for tourist, not if you’re looking for the hotel to be part of the experience.

All the staff were very nice and were very helpful even when we had dumb questions ! The location was very close to a lot of tourist-y stuff and good food option. The small grocery store around the corner had great food that helped us out during our stay!

Das Hotel liegt super zentral und hat eine gute Anbindung an die Subway. Das Bett ist sehr groß, sowie auch die Dusche. Im Badezimmer befindet sich leider etwas wenig Ablagefläche aber für ein paar Tage ist das in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
