Empire Park附近的紐卡斯爾酒店

With blaring music all night long (literally all night stopping at 4am), dirty rooms and dated decor you'll get more value for money staying it a hostel. I guess it's in a nice location? I guess the staff are rude and unhelpful enough to try and market this noisy hole as a 'well publicised rip roaring bash for fun people' It's not - it's a dive pub with a scummy hotel above nothing more. In the comments the hotel claims to make guests aware of their noisy location, but this was something I was only informed after they'd taken the room rate prior to my stay.

After a long drive from Canberra, check-in was well handled and we were allocated a ground floor room. Rooms in Ibis Budget hotels are very basic... Small TV, was basin in main room and shower and toilet in a very basic 'capsule' that is raised up so older people need to be careful getting in and out. Hotel is reasonably close to local shops, pubs and restaurants. We were told breakfast was available from 7am, but we waited until 7.15 and no-one appeared. So we left and were on our way again.

Excellent service and excellent comfortable accommodation superb in everyway would highly recommend to any one travelling or familys. Beds and pillows very soft shampoo n conditioner smell amazing the open is trendy n the view aint bad either.

金色套房房間似是而非,有2張特大牀。 早餐還行還行 位置靠近購物中心。

地理位置方便，位於中心商務區，便於購物，離海邊也很近，可以步行就達到海邊看海。早餐也是不錯的，品種多，味道好。

這家酒店是現代的，乾淨的，並設有寬敞的客房。工作人員非常優秀，並提供帶微笑的優質服務。該酒店位於紐卡斯爾的主要街道附近，享有水景。總體而言，這是一個住宿的好地方。

Great staff, great service. Easy to go around Newcastle and also close to the Honeysuckle Tram stop that takes you to the Newcastle CBD and the beach. Breakfast was good, make sure you include jn the package for your stay otherwise it will cost you $32/person per breakfast. The only negative things here are : The swimming pool is too small. The exhaust fan in our room won't turn off, its always on. The aircon kept turning off every 2 hours or so by itself so when we slept here for 3 nights, every night i was sweating as the aircon was turned off by itself eventhough i did not put any timer on. The restaurant is not serving proper meal as no head chef available, so we had to go to Marketown for dinners. The parking why should we pay? I think it should be included on the price. I understand that limited spot, but they have spots up the ramp too, they not using it. Also , when its full, they seem to squish in more cars, in one night we stayed there, we had to park in front of the shed which not suppose too, but thats because the staff maybe promised the people that coming late that parking is available. No it was not, there was no spot left although we already checked in the night before, we still can't get the spot.

We had difficulty finding the building. The area isn't exactly the most enticing of places and didn't give us a feeling of 'being safe'. On the opposite corner is a rather dingy pub. We were told our car was too high for the 'stacking' carpark but that there was plenty of street parking close by. However, they didn't warn us that it would be difficult to find a space to park and we went round the block a few times before we found one!! Not helpful when you need to take luggage, etc, up to the unit. Not impressed with that. Fortunately, there is a lift. There is no reception desk. All communication is done by email or SMS. Entry to the building and room is by a code issued prior to the check-in time. The unit itself was quite modern and the big positive for us was the bed being the best we had on our three one night stopovers.
