Dried blood on bottom of toilet. No menu for in room ordering. Lack of discipline in water park. And piss poor cleaning in hotel room as pulled out dresser and was a maxi pad and Lego and looks like hasn't cleaned in ages. And when called the front desk they seemed like they hated their lives as much as I enjoyed my stay... Sorry for the mean review but as a graduate of the hospitality industry myself I'd expect a lot more ..and when other guests say they booked a bogo where wasn't even an option it looks poor on the establishment an will not be back.

This is probably a good spot if you have kids who want to go to the water park and you want a discount compared to Fallsview or Great Wolf Lodge. For any other reason for staying, I would not recommend. House keeping was vacuuming behind the garbages in the hall at 10pm, walls are paper thin, the beds were super hard. They don't give you soap bars or shampoo, it's those wall mounted pumps everywhere including inside the shower with a lovely "body wash, shampoo, conditioner" all in one. The hotel is clean enough but has the drab feeling of a place that could use a refresh and less grubby kids hands all over. Everything was also expensive (a normal thing for Niagara Falls, but seemed worse here). With taxes, fees, and parking your bill goes up almost $100. The breakfast buffet on location is $50 for 2 people which is more like a continental breakfast with 4 warm food options. It also includes gratuity. For cheaper you can stay at other much nicer hotels closer to the Falls.

Went in November (winter). It was a good stay. Room was nice and very clean. Some areas a bit outdated with a motel vibe. Hallway had an odor. Waterpark is small but perfect for families with little ones, esp. under 4.

Line up was very long when we first came to check in. In regards to our room, the door of the washroom did not lock, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the lights were burnt out. My daughter lost her invaluable and irreplaceable bracelet in the wavepool at the waterpark and informed lifeguards within seconds after losing it, yet very little action was taken and they seemed very careless. No one bothered to help search the wavepool. Staff seemed very dismissive and careless about it although my daughter was very upset and I had to speak to the manager to really stress the severity of this case and how unfortunate it is losing the bracelet and see what she would have to say and ask what next steps would be taken if the bracelet was ever found. Some staff at the front desk were a bit rude and take their sweet time with people checking in our out especially when there is a long line. Our beds had a weird stench and overall, it was an upsetting and unfortunate experience.

The hotel was very clean, seems recently renovated. Boston Pizza is attached. Room was great, brand new. We brought an air mattress as there was no pull out couch for the kid. Housekeeping gladly supplied extra sheets. Grocery store is located right beside (also sells beer and liquor), very convenient. Our kids are young, so the arcade was fun for them even though only a couple games worked. You win tickets, which they thought was fun instead of just a card. The waterpark was good, I'd say best for younger kids (say up to 8 yrs old). The staff was quick to help and very nice!

This was a trip purely for my kids. Not really a grown-ups fun type of place. However, my kids had fun. My only complaint is that the water at the park was fairly cold. It took a while to get used to it. The second day was warmer. Overall I would recommend it, I would probably go again. It can be quite noisy in the pool area and in the arcade so if your child is sensitive to sound, you might want to consider bringing a pair of noise headphones.
