卡里卡酒店(Kalika Hotel)

I was there for Niagara Falls, and the location was good, my room, despite being a non-smoker, smelt strongly of smoke though. The A/C got rid of the smell fairly fast. Breakfast was alright, could have done with a better waffle maker.

Each floor has a dehumidifier which normally means that the facility has had a mold issue or to help with a pollutant smell. Also the hotel did not smell the best and was a very pungent to where my wife and I had headaches the whole night. Parking was limited to where there were not enough parking spaces, so we had to park beside the dumpster in the alley. But the worst of it was the south end of the buildings security door was jambed open with a rock so it would not lock.... that is completely unsafe for all residents who expect safety. We booked for 2 days, but only stayed the one night because we felt unsafe.

Rude behavior of the people on site 2) Don’t suggest anyone who would want a pleasant stay 3) This hotel is farther than all the hotels in that area 4) Not worth for money 5) Even water is not provided in the room 6) Room is not as per the pictures .7) long waiting time for the reception 8) Looks like the hotel does not want to use third party for booking as per their words . At last this is the hotel in which I had miserable experience for the money it was charged

The room served it’s purpose Shower not great. No decent lighting in bathroom Check staff not friendly in any way. We are 20 minutes before check in woman yelled up check in at 3. A gentleman did check us in but no conversation. At check out only words spoken were “We are good”. The location was prefect.

I have never left a review but this one deserves one. It smelled so bad in the hallway and in our room. Musty, mold? Not sure what that smell was. Little bugs flying in our room. Some outlets worked.... They are trying to give the rooms a facelift but done poorly and cheaply. Very overpriced for what you got.

I wouldn’t like to recommend this property to anyone, food was bad, limited dining area, not a pleasant experience in the front desk of Kalika hotel. It was expensive for the property we stayed, very small rooms , bed sheets had red stains, there were no toiletries, no toothpaste, brush. Bathroom towels were not cleaned up. We didn’t even have the water available at the room, we had to buy water from outside. We didn’t have a coffee maker at room, it was only available in the common room. Overall it was a bad experience.

Room as advertised did not match the actual appearance of the room that was given to us, For example, there was no ward robe for us to hang our clothes. The first time i have had breakfast that provided only bread and butter or plain waffles with syrup , No eggs or sausages or similar stuff provided, The worst breakfast ever.

El precio debería ser mucho menor, los managers muy amables pero las habitaciónes no tuvieron mantenimiento (camas, toallas, baño, limpieza…) la piscina no presta confianza de ser utilizada. En fin veré otra opción futura

The sraff was unfriendly. The breakfast was from 6_9 they could not wait until people get out of the dining room for them to pick up bagel and turn off the waffle machine, wouldn't recommend to anyone
