諾福克市區萬豪萬怡酒店(Courtyard Norfolk Downtown)

This hotel was under some renovations. No major issues with that. overall very good place to stay.

While out walking to the nearby Waterside Market, I was uncomfortable with the some to the homeless people, who at times tried to get my attention. Instead of venturing too far and for too long, I returned to my hotel before nighttime. The hotel staff was very nice and the facilities clean, one exception, both vents in the room were visibly dusty. This could be a problem for someone who is potentially immune compromised.

I like the quietness in the building and around town, What I didn’t like was my room refrigerator wasn’t working properly , but they gave me a new one . The room had a Oder but was manger able.

Room window was off its track and partly open. Made AC run too much. Otherwise a nice place to stay in Norfolk.

Good - I like how close it is downtown. Bad - The rooms smell musty - maybe the bathroom fan needs updated?

It was fine for what it is. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room had bathroom sink outside the physical bathroom.

I stay at the courtyard a lot but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. No hot water to bathe or shower and it’s freezing outside, we had to shower in cold water. The hotel needs to be updated everything is old and outdated except for the lobby. The room was not thoroughly cleaned , stains on our bedding nasty carpet, stains on the curtains. Beds are so uncomfortable , hard beds with flat pillows… overall experience was Horrible!!! Never will stay or recommend to anyone

The staff at the front desk and the valet parking staff were all very nice, and approachable. My only concerns are: they should have a safe deposit box in ALL rooms, they should have a bath mat in all showers to prevent any slips/falls - especially with older folks etc. and a luggage rack would be nice. The pool/spa were not available and I wish we had been advised upon check-in or by *******.
