الفندق للاسف اخذ شهره كبيره للاسف انصدمت عند تجربته للمره الاولى ولن تتكر باذن الله الشاطيء غير نظيف ولا يسمى شاطيء عبارة عن احجار مدينة الالعاب المائيه قذرة جداء الانظمه للاسف لا تطبق شركة التنظيف في الفندق سيئه اول مانزلت الفندق وجدت الغرفة قذره ولكن صعد الاستاذ صغير بنفسه وقام بتغيرها مسوؤل الديجي صدع روسنا بالاغاني المصريه الحيوانات في كل مكان وبجوار العاب الاطفال مطعم رائحة القلي تصلك بشكل مزعج ناهيك عن قذارة المكان الشقق تحتاج لصيانه والنوافذ معطله وهي في ادوار عاليه جدا المصاعد مزدحمه وتمسك دور والاكل للاسف سواء الافطار او الروم سيرفس لا يليق بفندق خمس نجوم

We held our Company's Ghabga here and it was the best decision. The Ambiance is very pleasant and you wanna stay longer and just relax and eat and enjoy the night. Zahi and Maria makes our reservation very smooth. They really make sure that all our requests and requirements are met. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a restaurant to dine in. 👍🏆 One of a kind 🥰🥰.

BRAYAN DISILVA does a great job at cleaning the rooms my room was spotless everyday that I returned from work while I have been staying at the Wyndham. The bathroom is always clean and spotless. And the beds are made fantastically everyday with perfection

The room was vast and came with a great balcony. The Staff were amazingly helpful and cordial. The Management really puts focus on cleanliness and keeps the place fit for family entertainment. The Pirate Water part was amazing. My daughter enjoyed the place so much. The facility had peacocks and flaminoges, a pond of Koi fishes. All well take care of. Plenty of staff on call. I would like to thank the staff for their support and hospitality.

i liked the theme of the hotel its very family friendly, it was so relaxing. i got a day pass for the ladies pool and beach it was amazing and clean the beach could use more clean up because it was a bit rocky the beach bathroom was amazing but the lights sensers kept turning off when im inside 💀💀. the pool on the other side was amazing but the bathroom didn’t have an AC or a hair dryer unlike the beach bathroom.on the bright side what i liked the most was the birds when i first entered at the lobby they were lovely and i had a chat with the birds care taker about birds as a bird owner myself he was very friendly to teach me about them and hold them. definitely worth to come back again

Everything was perfect apart from sanitisation of the rooms toilet, as well as the doors need to be wiped and sanitised. The a**osphere was great, it kid’s friendly. The reception and staff are more perfect. My kids don’t want to leave the place, it is entertaining in all aspects. I will repeat this visit.

This hotel is the worst place I have ever been. You will feel like you are in the jail. Check-in and check out are terrible. The reception staff only giving their strict rules. I can summarize my stay as follows: 1. The hotel staff are rude and not cooperative. 2. We signed on a declaration for many issues. A very strange issue happened. The hotel staff did not allow for my daughter’s blanket to bring it in! This has not been included in the declaration. 3. The hotel staff did not allow the restaurant delivery to come at the reception. They informed me to walk to the outside gate to take the food! 4. There are only 4 elevators in the entire hotel. During the day, we needed to wait 7 minutes or so until an empty elevator arrive. 5. During the second day, when I get the elevator, one of the staff asked me to leave and choose another elevator. When I asked him: is this declared on the elevator? He answered: no, but as we are busy at this time so please look for another elevator. 6. There is a very strange and high level of machine sound near the fridge, I couldn’t relax in the living room. 7. The housekeeping admitted to the room and clean it without taking the permission. There was no available plate to leave it on the outside door informing them not to clean! 8. The hotel stay price was so high as well as a non- refundable only available choice during booking. 9. The breakfast area was absolutely overcrowded. Many people around all areas and between the tables. Unbelievable time for preparing egg because of too many people waiting for their turn. However, there was a random serving for persons before their turns. I will never repeat this stay again. I also recommend other customers not to choose this hotel.

We really enjoyed our family time together

I would like to thank Captain Hashem for his wonderful effort and the excellent program presented to my children. They were very happy with the program and the gifts presented to them. They were very happy and listeners. It was a wonderful stay and I advise all families to stay in the hotel.
