my partner and I stayed here for a week. The location is good and the views are amazing. People are friendly. What surprised me is that the breakfast was not included in the price and to be honest 7,5 euros per person for breakfast is too much, especially what's offered and knowing that if you take breakfast in a local cafe you might pay 3 or 4 per person. The hotel needs urgent maintenance. We had a safe in the room that we could not use as it was not working.

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! The Expedia customer support team spent two weeks trying to get in contact with the hotel and I also contacted them myself twice on top of that only to be ignored and eventually had my request to modify my request to have my booking dates pushed out rejected on the day of my stay. They also refused to reimburse me for the stay I did not use claiming that they were not advised of the request to modify the booking dates in advance...They blatantly ignored me (there is read receipt on the Expedia platform so I saw that they were reading my messages) as well as the multiple calls and emails from Expedia customer support only to take advantage of the situation to charge me for a nights stay that was unused. This hotel has staff with no morals; that type of treatment towards others is distasteful and they should be ashamed of carrying out these types of practices.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento muito bom. Único problema é o ruído que se faz sentir a qualquer hora, o isolamento do hotel deixa muito a desejar, tornando o descanso mais difícil. Pequeno almoço é ótimo e a sala envolvente inclui uma varanda com uma vista para Tróia incrível. Embora alguns contratempos, experiência foi positiva.

Ils sont doués pour montrer de jolies photos de l’hôtel sur leur site mais la réalité est toute autre ! Vraiment pas fidèle aux photos…On s’attendait à un joli espace extérieur cocooning avec une belle piscine, il n’en est rien. Piscine en travaux, espace exigu et sans charme, la route juste à côté. Hôtel en « tour », aucun cachet. Chambre ok (2 petits matelas et non pas 1 grand …..) et jolie vue. Sinon le reste est vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix payé par nuit. Je le déconseille vraiment. + parking payant (9,5€ la journée). Pour 250€ la nuit c’est un peu du foutage de g quand même 😉

誤訂了這家而不是里斯本的酒店,但沒有後悔。房間寬敞3人,包括早餐非常好(特別是在免費的singjng),工作人員到處都非常樂於助人,熱情。房間很乾淨,說實話,牀幾乎是我們睡過的最好的。絕對推薦。

我們和家人一起在那裏住了4晚,6個成年人,2個孩子和1個嬰兒。我只是喜歡那個地方。特洛伊亞顯然很小,但超級迷人,酒店位置非常完美,旁邊是孩子們喜歡的很棒的海灘。工作人員超級樂於助人(我把手機忘在班車裏,他們幫我找到了回來),總是友好的。特別感謝泳池酒吧工作人員給我混合了這麼多杜松子酒飲料😂。我會推薦150%,感謝一次很棒的住宿。
