great check in to an obviously very new building very clean and quiet except the ac a bit noisy going on and off. did not try the breakfast as out of eggs and several items and staff did not seem to be in a hurry to refill other than that we loved it and will be back again

Front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate of the words that came out one mouth. I was very uncomfortable. Front desk Staff did not greet us once arrived. Housekeeper was friendly and only reason I gave the one star

The staff was really great! The room was basically brand new and very comfortable. It was a stormy rainy day and the TV keep going out. They don't have Bally Sports Detroit to watch local sports. A pipe had burst open in the lobby ceiling, so the staff was dealing with a lot. Other than that, it's a great place to stay with a good breakfast bar.

Really couldn’t enjoy our stay due very loud noise sounded like construction workers all night even when we woke up we was going to stay a extra night but canceled due to loud noises called front desk about the situation but nothing changed very disappointing stay

I was in Novi for a conference and found this hotel last minute for a great rate - turns out it had just been open a week. I couldn't tell because it was running so smoothly. Everything is squeeky clean and brand new, and I thought the gym was especially well apportioned and equipped. I'm starting to really like this Hilton brand and hope they are able to get a liquor license for beer in the lobby sundries.

Wow, what a place. Very clean and near dining areas.Twelve Oaks Mall. Huge mall. Staff was very friendly. Would go there in a heart beat.

We wound up here due to a reservation error at another hotel. Omar was so friendly and helpful! What an amazing staff! Also, great lobby to work or hang out in. We loved our stay!
