Lo lamento por el personal del hotel… Pero nuestra estancia fue mala… Pasamos una noche en esta maravillosa ciudad de la que todo el mundo nos hablaba como la Pequeña Inglaterra… Pero el hotel ensombreció un poco nuestra luna de miel y nuestra visita a la ciudad… De verdad que agradecidos con el personal del hotel, una cosa no quita la otra… Lo primero de todo fue que nos asignaron una habitación comunicada, cuya barrera era UN ARMARIO! Podrías prensar, bueno… no pasa nada… Pero nuestros vecinos eran ruidosos, maleducados y sucios! Bajamos a recepción para solicitar un cambio de habitación y en seguida nos lo dieron a una habitación mejor. Por la noche el buffet escaso y cuando se acababa algo no lo reponen… Pero lo mejor fue por la noche, la casa que está pegada al hotel estaba de fiesta, con la música al máximo, gritando y bailando! Un huésped de la habitación de al lado que era extranjero salió gritando ya de madrugada y al poco se oyeron gritos en la calle y la música terminó… El desayuno pobre, sin más…

A very good hotel . One of our family members h6ad cold .The chef prepared pepper Rasam on request .a big thumps up to the Chef. A room heater was provided . The staff was very courteous . They served the food in our room . Except the items for breakfast on one day ( we stayed 2 Days)everything else was good . They also packed us breakfast for the train ride . This especially compared to the one which stayed in Kandy (another group) was really good, though the Kandy hotel is rated well ( 4 )stars)on all websites but that one(Kandy) was horrible ( no responses , no hot water)

Charmantes, gepflegtes Hotel im Kolonialstil und schönen Bildern. Im Rahmen einer Rundreise haben wir 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und ohne Aussicht, was wir nicht empfehlen können, da es in diesem Hotel keine Terrasse gibt um draussen zu sitzen. Ansonsten hat das Zimmer eine gute Grösse und ist gepflegt und sauber, es hat jedoch weder Safe noch Kühlschrank und ist ringhörig. Der TV hat nicht richtig funktioniert und der WLAN-Empfang im Zimmer war auch eingeschränkt. Dusche/WC ist modern mit Regendusche, bietet aber wenig Ablageflächen und keinen Fön. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nachtessen und Frühstück gibt es in Form eines kleinen Buffets, dieses ist überschaubar aber das Essen ist gut.

Heaven Seven is heavenly and beautiful in the early morning. so nice with noisy birds and makes your day so great and relaxes your mind, Really amazing view from the room. pay a bit more and get # 212 friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food.

A very good Hotel for its Price. The location is close to the town and to the part. Have Plenty of parking for vehicles. But Food prices might be High compared to other hotels. Rooms are very clean and staff is very Friendly. Best place for this price range. Hope to visit again. Cheers.

Das Hotel liegt oben über der Stadt. Empfang war zurück haltend aber freundlich. Unser Zimmer war riesig. Am Morgen war es schon frisch, auch weil es überall an den Fenstern reingezogen hat. Das Hotel ist mehr als hellhörig und laut bis in die Nacht und früh geht's wieder los. Frühstück ist mäßiger Durchschnitt, man wurde satt, aber Qualität hatten wir auf unsrer Reise wesentlich bessere. Für eine Nacht war es okay.

We stayed at Heaven Seven while on a trip to Nuwara Eliya recently. The hotel was located a short distance away from the park and garden in Nuwara Eliya. The check in experience was good, the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious with a bed enough for two adults and a child. However, the room should have had heating facilities as Nuwara Eliya is a hill station. The breakfast spread was limited but adequate. The a-la-carte and room service menus were decent with some good options. The food portions were large. The check out experience was smooth as well. I would recommend this hotel to people visiting Nuwara Eliya. As most people visiting the hill station do not spend a lot of time in the room, this is a good hotel for such people. Definitely not for honeymooners though ;) but great for families.

Au 7ème ciel, il fait froid! Même avec des couvertures supplémentaires. Les espaces sous porte-fenêtre de plusieurs centimètres laissent libre passage au vent. Le bar en sous-sol à l’allure de pub, permet de déguster un cocktail pour se réchauffer. La nourriture est quelconque.

Hotel apartado del centro. Nos tocó habitación con puerta comunicante a otra habitación y si supiéramos cingalés os podríamos contar todas las conversaciones que tuvieron, lo que cantaron o discutieron. Sólo una sábana sobre la cama, no había manta. Sale un olor muy desagradable del desagüe de la ducha.
