尼奈斯港會議中心酒店(Nynäsgården Hotell & Konferens)

Enligt hotellets information skulle frukostbuffé serveras från 06:00 men ingenting var öppet då vi var och skulle äta frukost 06:20. Ingen annan personal än den snälla städerskan kunde hjälpa oss att få med en liten frukostpåse.

Vi sov där en natt i samband med en konsertkväll. Mysigt hotell med bra rum. Bra frukost (som är viktigast enligt mig), samt trevlig och bra personal.

Bra övernattning till ok pris. Allt fungerande för oss.

Clean but dated and the beds aren't as comfortable as I would like but that is completely subjective and probably due to using different pillows at home. Convenient and a good price so I will be staying here again

First of all, don’t trust the website. Overpriced, understaffed and tatty. The rooms are crammed and muggy. We paid extra for king size and dog, and got a tiny room. No gym despite a picture on the website. Back doors open for anyone to access the rooms. The young woman manning the hotel did her outmost to address our issues, calling for advise to her superiors, but got no way with the manager.

Cons: - First impression not so good, lots of trash on the front door, otherwise clean - No staff at the reception. Machine to get keys -weird. - Website mentions sauna, however, no information about this (opening hours, lication etc.) on the rooms - Breakfast extremely basic. No porridge, no Nutella, no beans, no warm weggies, nothing sweet, only fruit watermelon, only one kind of cheese, no salmon, no local specialities -just to mention some things. - Rooms small Pros: - Clean (other than entrance) - Nice lobby - Good location if going to Gotland by ferry - Window blinds - Nice and quiet breakfast room - The young lady at breakfast kept all trays filled all the time and everything extremely clean

It seems as someone decided to 'play at hotel' without knowing how that actually works and without ever having heard of hospitality and making people feel welcome; we lacked necessary car park information so that the neighbours were complaining to us -that doesn't make you feel well. We had to pay extra for a 3rd bed, although we actually already had paid for a 3rd guest and due to circumstances didn't take breakfast - maybe that minus could have outbalanced the surplus? The food in the restaurant was cold and of very low quality compared to its price.

Not a very friendly welcoming from the staff. After some issues with the room we got help from the manager who took personal responsibility to solve the issues. Rooms are very basic but clean and functional. Breakfast was a positive surprise!
