橡樹溪陽台近橡樹溪中心全套房舒適酒店(Comfort Suites Oakbrook Terrace Near Oakbrook Center)

Очень чисто. Огромный номер. Соседей не слышно.

Le daria las 5 estrellas, pero nos hospedamos por 3 dias y en el dia primero llegamos alrededor de las 11 y la habitacion no servia el aire acondicionado entonces pasamos mucho calor, no lo reportamos esa misma noche ya que llegamos muy cansados del viaje y lo unico que queríamos era dormir. Al siguiente dia lo reportamos y muy amables nos cambiaron de habitación, supongo que ellos ya saben cuales son las habitaciones que requieren mantenimiento, pero si les sirve y se van a hospedar ahí es la habitación 237, espero que pronto la reparen. Todo lo demas estuvo excelente y el personal muy amable en todo.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Proche commerces. 30 min centre ville de Chicago en voiture mais 2h en transport . Petit dejeuner correct. Le matelas du canapé lit pas confortable à changer et frigo bruyant.

Not sure if it is because the building is so old, but we got the creeps soon as we got there. My kids did not like the pool and thats why i picked this hotel. Gym room everything was broke. The sign on the trash can at free breakfast said "DO NOT THROW FOOD AWAY OR YOUR ROOM WILL BE CHARGED", how can you tell someone not to toss what they dont want. My son found a half broken Crack pipe in our room😡. We just wont be going back

I didn’t like how strict their were about the free breakfast if you take a plate upstairs you will be charged If you throw any of the food away you will be charged. In the breakfast area was freezing.

My stay was a good one until it was time to go to bed, there was a child running throughout the hall all night, the smell of the devils lettuce being smoked. Then for breakfast the next morning signs are posted about a $20 charge if you take anything to your room. Oh and if you waste any food you’ll be charged for that as well. Like what’s going on with this place I’ve stayed here so many times. Not only that but the power was out for 2 hours and no one even came and said anything. Upon checking out I’m like so what are you doing for the power outage? The guy said it’s an ACT OF GOD we can’t do anything about that. Overall I’ll be looking else where for my stays for school for now on. It’s not worth the hassle.

I had to cancel my reservation because my flight got canceled and I didn’t hear anything back

Noise of Roosevelt Road was something we didn't think of when booking. Toilets were low and, as seniors, we need higher seats. Manager at check out had remedies for this next visit.1( request back of building and 2) request high toilets:) Will do this with next booking:)

Front staff workers Nikki and Ken were are just plain mean people. Bugs in the room every day. Simple requests never answered. I will NEVER stay here again!
