The lobby smelled clean initially when you walked in, but the elevator and hallways smelled of ****. The staff at the reception desk weren't very attentive to us when we were checking in, and were talking a laughing amongst themselves. The first floor was very noisy, with children running around and running in and out of the gym playing on the equipment. The rooms are thin as paper, you can hear everything around you. There wasn't even any soap to wash with, only shampoo. The beds in the rooms are basically pull out mattresses on a bed frame. Everything in the room was cheap. I booked the hotel for 2 nights, and only ended up staying for one night since I already paid. Will not stay here again

I had a fire in my home. This is the ONLY reason i stayed here. This is definitely a place for people with limited funds. This place offers NOTHING... NO BREAKFAST, NO TRASH REMOVAL, $50 A DAY TO GET YOUR ROOM CLEANED. You can't do anything without your key cause the doors are ALL locked, even the front door.

This would be one of the VERY last hotels on the list for me to choose from. Lets start with just about all thr staff have some kind of accent. If you put yout trash outside your door. Staff will put it BACK in your room. To have them clean your room is an extra $50 a day. If you need towles you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk and they close at a certain time. Just not a ideal place to stay with kids.

Property and room were clean. The fact that it is an extended stay type of place, they didn't offer pots, pans, plates, classes, or utensils. If you wanted those items you had to PAY for them. They had no breakfast in the morning and they didn't have coffee ready until 8:00. Wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel was new, so it’s VERY clean! I enjoyed everything about this hotel (and my husband would tell you, I’m not easy to please haha) There isn’t too much in the immediate vicinity due to being in an industrial park area, but right down the road are businesses and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!

Woodspring Suites was a perfect place for me--reasonable price, clean, quiet enough even on a Saturday night, easy parking, spacious room with desk, comfortable chair and a fantastically comfortable bed. It has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, sink. Just be aware that the kitchen has no silverware, plates, cups, or cooking implements, so bring your own.

Is that safe no one on duty at night the housekeeper the front desk it took us an hour to get into the hotel because nobody was at the door and I wish I can get my money back. Thank you and have a good day.

Loved the hotel the area everything but check in and check out staff had terrible terrible attitudes.

This is a brand new hotel, so its still very clean. Pet friendly. Our first room had hair in the bathroom, shower curtain, floor it was a lot, the door lock didnt work correctly from the outside, couldnt get in the room from outside the room. The dead bolt had the door open when we first arrived. There was a fire suppression can, above the stove that does say not to use under a microwave, which it is being used under a microwave. There is a full kitchenette, but there are no utensils, cups, cookware, they are available for sale at the front desk, we went to family dollar. Manager and most staff we very friendly, took care of everything pretty quickly, moved us into a clean room, pretty pleasant stay afterwards.
