今次房間對大馬路，又在一樓。人來車往感覺不安全，外面冰天雪地暖氣不暖，被子很薄。瑟瑟發抖了整晚。整體感覺真心一般般。

When I walked into the kitchen the kitchen lady screamed out do I have a breakfast ticket I told her no I don’t but I can go grab it if I need to then she asked me what’s your room number so I had to give up my room number in front of everyone I’m just Disgusted at the overall stay even the rooms are outdoors it is a motel not a hotel. I definitely felt discriminated against whenever I seen another guy walking in and she not ask him for anything

I had no issues with staying at the Saddleback Best Western. I stayed for a week, always had clean towels and tidy room. everyone is courteous and willing to help if needed. I have stayed in the past and will stay here again.

Always welcoming, great people on the desk, rooms are always very clean and comfortable. My only regret is they have put the a coffee pod machine in and I am allergic to coffee and can only drink tea. They used to leave tea bags but guess they have eliminated tea altogether.

This hotel blacklisted me a d my family after nearly paying $1000 during thebweek we were there because they made the assumption that a wandering black man was with us and this man had supposedly pulled a weapon on someone else there. But it was all false and we were wrongly kicked off the property and they still owe me my money back

Honestly for me getting a suite and paying the extra for my family to have the additional space, the staff was rude to my husband. A tile broke and no one even replaced it. Shampoo conditioner and body wash bottles were EMPTY when we arrived. One of the TVs we paid to have access to and had a repair man attempt to fix did not work. House keeping didn't even clean our room because we found 2 dead crickets and cereal underneath the TV stand and in the bathroom. We don't eat cereal. This was our first and last time coming here. Only thing decent was the food. Everything else considering suite customers rooms should be top notch. This was extremely disappointing. The staff gave confusing instructions on how to get to our room. Never ever again will I book this place again. Never.. extremely disappointing..

The pictures on ******* do NOT MATCH this facility in reality. My husband's room had an air conditioner that was broken during a southern heat wave in OK city. The noise from outside made it impossible to sleep. He barely slept, gave up on trying, got up, and left the hotel. He was very tired when he arrived, and needed rest. WE SHOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

This used to be our favorite place to stay. Always enjoy the pool and the color changing water at night was relaxing and neat. This stay the water was yellow and the entire place was packed and not enough staff to keep it clean with all of the guests. People we smoking (not cigarettes) in undesignated areas to the point that we had to just get up and go back to our room. Also, the toilet handle in our room was broke and barely flushed. Tried to call the front desk to come fix it but couldn’t ever get them to answer, so my husband had to keep sticking his hand in the back of the toilet each time to fix it himself. I think we will be finding a new favorite hotel to stay at from this point on.

The water was freezing cold for showers, items were left in our room from previous people staying there (food and drinks in the fridge).

Definitely not as pictured. While it was clean, it was definitely not taken care of. Everything was subpar and disappointing. Will never return nor would I recommend.

My room was not ready until about 4 p.m and when I finally got it the surroundings were very dirty and no maintained. Very unfortunate.

Fridge did not work (I asked for one specifically) but was replaced, hair in bathtub, someone's bathing suit left behind in bathroom

Verified with the property before booking and at check-in that there hot tub was open. Got dressed and went down there and there was 3in of water in it. Had been out for 2 weeks!! Then returned to the room went to take a shower to find no hot water. After arguing with me that there was hot water we just checked out and stayed at the Hilton! Highly recommend the Hilton.

Half of the hotel was outside like a super 8 half of the hotel was inside if you had outside room you had to walk or drive around to access the breakfast the bar the pool or sauna the tv wasn’t working took over an hour to look at it or fix bed sheets had rips in it
